PENZING. Penzing is the 14th District of Vienna and consists of the boroughs of Penzing, Breitensee, Baumgarten, Hütteldorf and Hadersdorf-Weidlingau. In the west, it shares a border with Purkersdorf and Mauerbach. A large portion of the district is made up of greenery, including the Steinhof Park, the Dehnepark and a portion of the Wienerwald. Sights: Fuchs Mansión, Otto-Wagner-Hospital, Gerhard Hanappi Stadium. You will get to the centre in less then 15 minutes with public transport.

Very nice and helpful owner of the appartment, available, patient and helpful ... The appartment is of very easy reach from the subway. It is quiet, big for 2 people (although I was alone). There are all the necessary stores in the surrounding. The wifi works wonderfully. The deco is nice, in the Vienna's style.
The kitchen is more like a kitchenette. It was absolutely ok for me to prepare rapid meals at night after my work and my breakfeast, but it is small and does not allow complicated cooking.

There is only one thing to say about this apartment: PERFECT, well worth its price
I can´t imagine anything that could be said against this apartment .....

3 minutes by walking to underground station. Everything you need in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom and bathroom.

Apartment was perfect! Very cosy, with quality equipment and designed with authentic "Vienna" atmosphere. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. Nearby large supermarket and 15min from that quiet street by underground to the city center or by the tram to the Schonbrun Palace. Excellent "base camp" for Vienna discovering!

It is a cosy apartment, in a calm neighborhood. Linea 3 metro is very close (good connection with citytown, shops, palaces, museums...) and There are some supermarket (one of them in front of the hause) and some curious/funny shops near. The owner is very nice. It is a comfortable apartment for 2 people.

The apartment was excellent!It was on the most useful line of the U-Bahn(subway) just 10 to 15 minutes from the city center,it was equipped with just about everything you will need during your trip to vienna from cooking and cleaning facilities to coffee makers,boilers,cleaning products,kitchenware,as i said !everything!.Marijo(the contact person) will help you with your orientation by supplying illustrated guides,city maps,subway maps,a map with everything you need around the neighborhood etc.Very comfortable as a house,very cosy and it may even worth more than you pay.

El apartamento está muy bien y la persona que te atiende es muy servicial, lástima que nosotros no sabemos alemán ni inglés. Se encuentra a 100 metros de una boca de metro, línea U3, por lo que el centro de Viena está a sólo 10-15 minutos.
Por decir algo, se ha echado de menos un microondas.

Apartment was spotlessly clean. Owner very helpful, went out of his way to accommodate me, professional regarding payment etc. Location not quite central, but close to shopping, food, transport, and quiet. Large supermarket across the street.
It isn´t really designed to be a work space - there is a table, but no power outlets nearby. Kitchenette is small, useful for casual cooking mostly. But it´s a great apartment to stay for a few days, especially for vacationers.
