Nice neighbourhood with restaurants, shops, metro Beds are OK The appartment is cleanAppartment 10 is on the street-side and therefore very noisy with traffic and tram, also the bedrooms. The floors are not isolated for noise from visitors on other levels Paying the Kaution is not possible with creditcard in the shop nearby, and had to be done in cash. Asking 5 euro for wifi when renting for 400 euro is "cheap".10/05/2013

Big rooms and nice beds. Nice quit place to be. Public transport is nearby.Sound isolation from Neighbours is poor. Contact persons are only to hand over keys. Remote control TV was missing. Table has burned place.08/05/2013

Contact persons(s) were very responsive and to the point. This is key when traveling abroad. We didn't have any special requests while staying, but if we did, I'm certain they would have been dealt with in a timely manor.Would have liked additional towels and toilet paper. Other apartments I've stayed in abroad while dealing with similar management companies provided additional toiletries and coffee. Thought the $5/stay wifi fee was a bit excessive for already having paid 600+ €. Also, only one trash bag and couldn't get the tv to work.03/01/2013

very well situated in a pleasant and lively part of the city. Many ways of transportation are nearby to get to the centre, but also at walking distance if you want. Parking in front of your door. Well equiped; very good beds. We will certainly be back !22/10/2012

Barrio tranquilo a menos de 3 Km del centro y bien comunicado con cualquier parte. Apartamento limpio y acogedor con todo lo que se decía y se veía en la web (no engañan). Cuarto de baño con ducha grande. Si vas con la familia muy recomendable tanto el apartamento como el barrio, pues tendrás por los alrededores todo tipo de servicos: supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes, etc. Bien, francamente bien,15/09/2012

FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.
