FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.

Very nice, cosy apartment! Great neighborhood.
Not too many glasses for wine and such. We liked to play some music but there was no cd-player.

The apartment was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, well insulated, spacious and great value for money. Right in the heart of my favourite neighbourhood in Berlin, i'll definitely stay here again when I come back!

Area in process of change but very lively, many bars and restaurants within 1000m, Lidl supermarket and bakery opposite, nice street market on Saturday on nearby square 7-8 mins from public transport

Apartment Nr.13: -wirklich schönes kleines Bad (vielleicht etwas zu wenig Handtuchhalter für 4 Personen), -alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Bank, Supermarkt, Apoteke......) -gemütlich und schön eingerichtet -gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung
Apartment Nr.13: -zu viele Haare in den Betten -Einzelbetten direkt mit Kopfteil an der Heizung -keine Spülmaschine, aber es gibt eine Waschmaschine -Wasserkocher sehr dreckig -Balkon voll mit Silvesterdreck -Fehrseher hat längere Ausfälle

This is a great apartment in an excellent location, close to transport, restaurants and shops. It is clean, light, very comfortable and well equipped. As it was snowing and very cold outside , we appreciated the efficient heating.
Second bedroom could do with small reading lamps. There is only one mirror which is located in the bathroom. When 4 people are getting ready to go out it would be useful to have a simple full length mirror in the hallway.

Apartamento luminoso y limpio en una zona muy bien comunicada e interesante,muy cerca de supermercados bares y restaurantes pero a la vez en una calle tranquila.Sin duda lo recomendaria
Lo negativo del apartamento es la cocina con un menaje escaso aunque,suficiente para preparar desayunos ,hervir pasta y algo de plancha-
