Description of the accommodation

FRIEDRICHS 15 you can find it in the Friedrichshain area of Berlin. It is the ideal location for a holiday in the city. FRIEDRICHS 15 Ideal to relax away from the busy center. If you are a large group having more than 1 bathroom is essential. Nobody likes to be waiting in line to be able to get a shower. If you travel with your little baby you just need to carry the stroller and his favorite toys: a crib and highchair are already in the apartment.

Neighborhood : Friedrichshain

FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.

Super appartement confortable bien situé ! très propre, lit fait à l'arrivée ! rue avec commerces de proximité et super marché en face ! stationnement gratuit dans le quartier ! recommandons la boulangerie backshop le patron parle français ainsi que le café resto grec le Mozaik boxhagener str. 68 ! copieux et pas cher ! station de métro 10 mm à pied ! pour une famille de 5 prendre le ticket à 15 euro et vous pourrez utiliser tous les transports en commun durant la journée ! visite gratuite de reichstag réserver les billets sur internet 3 jours avant !
un peu bruyant si vous avez des voisins pas très discret ! pas lourd !

The apartment in itself was in a very good shape, especially the two modern bathrooms. It helps a lot if you are more than two. The apartment is also located pretty close to Simon Dach Strasse where you can find a lot nice bars & restaurants.
The equipment in the kitchen was pretty poor and the TV did not work, which was a well known problem.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und war sehr sauber!
Für uns waren die Betten etwas zu schmal. Die Bäder sind etwas zu dunkel. Die Ausstattung der Gläser war nicht optimal. Es fehlten Weingläser.

El apartamento estaba fenomenal, muy limpio, acogedor, cómodo y muy bien comunicado. El trato por parte del personal de only-apartments ha sido estupendo. Nuestro viaje ha sido genial!! Muchas gracias

ottimo appartamento come nella descrizione: grande, pulito, comodo. abbiamo trovato lenzuoli e federe puliti, asciugamani, coperte... non c´è il forno, solo il microonde. ottimo quartiere, s-bahn a 5 minuti.
