Appt was clean and looked better than the pictures.late check in (20pm) 20eur. late check in= unfriendly devious nightshop guy, he said his phone didn't work so i had to call with my foreign phone to agency. ofc 5min later he was talking on the phone..10/04/2013

Rooms were just as described with towels and bedding included and a very nice shower in both bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Nice pictures on the walls. Shops just across the road great for buying essential items.The Apartment was mostly as described except that on the flat plan on the pictures it showed what looked like a balcony but it was in fact just double doors opening to a fence so there was no additional space to stand outside, it would be good if this was made clear on the floor plan for future customers. Also the walls had several markings on them- could maybe do with a re-paint but it wasn't too bad. It also notes in the item list that there is a coffee maker but it was just an espresso maker provided, a cafetiére would have been more useful.03/12/2012

Das Appartement eignet sich gut für größere Familien und kleine Gruppen. Das ist neu renoviert, sauber, hat 2 Bäder und einen Fahrstuhl. Die Schlafzimmer gehen zum Innenhof. Die Gegend ist perfekt für die schöne Zeit in Berlin. Perfekter Anschluss an die Öffentlichen. Das Bistro Bardot mit einem Bio-Büffet ab früh morgens liegt schräg gegenüber dem Appartement ( 14,-). Die Sonntagstrasse bietet in nur 3 bis 5-Minutenmarsch die weiteren gastronomischen Entdeckungen in angenehmer Atmosphäre.20/11/2012

appartement très confortable pour 5 personnes commerces à proximité transport bus ,métro,tram à moins de 10 mn du centre les 2 salles de bain sont très appréciées pas de problème pour récupérer les clefsbruyant si appartement réservé pour 7 personnes ,ceux dormant dans le salon sont coté rue très passagère de plus un chantier est en cours qui commence à 7.30 et finit à 19 h quartier peu intéressant pour ceux qui veulent sortir le soir11/11/2012

Nice apartment, with shops in the close vicinity for getting breakfast.Only bedlinen etc. for 2 persons when we arrived, but this problem was solved adequately after we rang the number ahdned out to us at the Internetshop. When we came back after our dinner bedlinen for 5 people was available. I did not like the key pickup with this shop and was surpised to learn that they did not accpet credit cards for payment. I also did not like that I had to fill in all my credit card details, incl. safety number.17/10/2012

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet in nice neighbourhood even though it is located quite far from city center. However, there is S-bahn station nearby not as shown by google map(from the google map it the station look quite far). There is a supermarket nearby, therefore to get food stuff was very easy. The two bathrooms were spacious. The apartment is really good for family.07/10/2012

Apartamento amplio y cómodo. Todo lo que necistamos nos fue facilitado. Muy cerca de una estación de tren para acercarte al centro de Berlín. Un supermercado a 2 minutos para comprar algunas cosas al regresar en la noche. Muy importante fue que las personas de contacto del apartamento en Berlin, hablaban español, por lo que después de los emails inicales en inglés toda la comunicación fue en español.19/08/2012

FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.
