Ruim licht appartement met voldoende voorzieningenModern intérieur maar de overgordijnen sloten niet of waren te kort waardoor het bed van de straat te zien was en het licht van een lantaarn paal in mijn gezicht scheen. Ook was het erg gehorig.03/05/2013

Very comfortable, clean and light apt. situated in one of the best (affordable) areas of Berlin. Close to public transport, restaurants, bars etc. Easy pick-up of keys etc. Lovely terrace - unfortunately, the weather was a bit on the cold side. Will definitely be back again - this was our second stay.A little noise from the street in the rooms facing the street (ground floor). Very quiet, however, to the garden side with the terrace etc.09/04/2013

The description was fairly accurate. The equipment worked.The apartment was broken into. The washer in number 7 was horrible and should be replaced. The heat turned off the first night we were there all night. I'm not sure why.01/03/2013

Very comfortable, bright and clean appartment. Very comfortable bedding. Not far from many famous sightseeings. 10 mn far from the underground station. 2O mn far from Alexander platz. There is a Lidl shop, an organic products shop and a baker not far either.May be a little noisy if the people upstairs come back a little late in the evening after having partied!But with earplugs this was no longer a problem!01/01/2013

Description
FRIEDRICHS 1 you can find it in the Friedrichshain area of Berlin. It is the ideal location for a holiday in the city. If you want to spend your holiday in the city but want to sleep peacefully, FRIEDRICHS 1 is perfect. When you are back home after an entire day visiting monuments and museums, there is nothing better than relaxing on the terrace which will be yours for a few days! If you travel with your little baby you just need to carry the stroller and his favorite toys: a crib and highchair are already in the apartment.
Neighborhood : Friedrichshain
FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.
