Eigentlich hat es seinen Zweck erfüllt, bis auf die Dusche. Recht gemütlich.das Wasser in der Dusche konnte nicht durchfließen und die Türe ging nicht zu, dass Wasser floss raus, man konnte max. nur 1 min. duschen, wenn überhaupt. Ich hatte einige Fragen, das Office war nie besetzt, nur per Handy erreichbar. Der Empfang des Fernsehers war eine Katastrophe.19/05/2013

E' la terza volta che prenoto con only-apartments e devo dire che sono soddisfatta.Appartamenti puliti,funzionali e comodi.Ben collegati con il centro,con i negozi alimentari e di altro genere.Se dovessi decidere di tornare a Berlino contatterò lo stesso sito.01/08/2012

El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca hay varios pequeños restaurantes y supermercados para poder realizar compras, la zona de bares y restaurantes está a cinco minutos andando. Ideal para gente que piense moverse por Friedrichsain y por Kreuzberg, el barrio tiene precios asequibles.Se echa en falta algun utensilio de cocina más.03/07/2012
Lamentamos que durante su estancia pudiera faltar algún utensilio de cocina. Las personas encargadas del cuidado del apartamento hacen un control semanal y reponen todo aquello que pudiera haberse deteriorado o desaparecido. Muchas gracias. -

Complessivamente siamo rimasti piacevolmente piacevolmente sorpresi da questa sistemazione. L'appartamento si è presentato al di sopra delle nostra aspettative, l'ideale per un breve soggiorno di svago come nel nostro caso. Molto comodo il letto e il guardaroba. La cucina comoda e funzionale, completa di tutto ciò che ci è servito. molto graditi il sapone liquido in bago, una spugnetta e detesivo per piatti in cucina. Zona ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto con un supemercato a meno di un paio di minuti a piedi. Comodissimi i 2 bottle shop sempre aperti praticamente sotto casa. Carinissima la terrazzetta a piano terra che durante la bella stagione potrebbe essere sicuramente sfruttata.17/04/2012

FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.
