FRIEDRICHSHAIN Similar to the neighbouring districts Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain lacks of sights but is full of urban lifestyle. Most notably around Simon-Dach-Straße there has developped a vivid clubbing quarter with countless bars, pubs and restaurants in a stunning speed in the last few years. The alternative scene is located on both sides of the Karl-Marx-Allee with a focus in Rigaer Straße, whereas the taverns towards Ostkreuz become more quiet and dignified.

The apartment is really spacious although it is one room. All comfort is available, not very luxuriuous, but we were satisfied. The apartment is located at the backside of the building with view at the quiet courtyard. There we also could park our bicycles, which was a safe place. The quarter of Friedrichshain is nice and lively.
Almost nothing, only missing are a teapot in the kitchen and a small shelf for the soap in the showercabin.

Betaald parkeren. Hierdoor de auto wat verder uit de buurt moeten parkeren.

Appartement bien equipé et spacieux. Grande SDB. Deco soignee Endroit calme Size of the flat quite big for 1 person. the bathroom is quite big too. Great decoration and designing. Quiet place
No information between the people working at lodge : I had given a credit card number for the deposit (expensive : 300 euros) and I had a reply by email that it was ok but when I arrived the office next to the flat was closed even if it was only 4 pm and I had to go to the internet cafe just near to check in and get the key of the flat. And they told me they had no information about the credit card I had already given and asked for another credit card. I spent 1 hour there trying to join someone on the phone and sort things out. Bad for a beginning of the stay

The procedure of blocking the credit card upon arrival has been communicated before as well as the alternative of paying it in cash and that it is already all stated when you are booking your apartments on only-apartments website.Your contact person had a personal problem and was not available for that hour. When check in there is and will always be a person available on the phone. Thank you and we hope you had a great stay.

Location is very convenient which is close to Ostkreutz station and many bars and supermarket around the area. The room is enough space for 2 people. All equipments are ready to use. It's very good price to stay in an apartment.
There are many small cockroaches on the kitchen. Please check under the toaster. As soon as we started cooking, small cockroaches were coming to us. Also for the bathroom, we smelled urine. I found out there was urine spot under the bathroom. You'll need to clean up them before you welcome the guest.

Owner: Thank you for the advise. We reacted as soon as we heard about it and ordered a specialist. After this, we have not seen any cockroaches any more and this problem is solved. We had no problem with the bathroom so far, It is in perfect condition.
