Description of the accommodation

The apartment is lovely, newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped with new equipment. It is located in the pedestrian area, but it is accessible by car because a few meters from the apartment there is an underground garage for a fee. Its windows overlook the beautiful square Hviezdoslavovo, full of fountains and greenery, where in summer are exposed sculptures by international artists.

Neighborhood : CENTRO

Near the apartment you will find the castle, the Duomo di San Martino, the Presidential Palace, the Main Square, the Slovak National Gallery, museums, many shops, pubs, casinos and restaurants and the walk along the Danube. In front of the apartment, a few steps across the square stationed taxis. The tram stop is 100 m from the apartment. The main railway station and main bus station is located 2 km away. For those who love the green, a 10-minute walk across the bridge over the Danube you can reach the park that has beautiful old trees and offers a magnificent view over the city.

- The apartment was well situated and fully equipped. - A wonderful view on one of the nicest avenue of Bratislava. - Very well exposed to the sun. We lost one double-key, we wanted to pay extra for that. But the contact really insisted to not accept the money. I really appreciate that. I will definitely rent the same apartment next time.

Appartment very well placed. Contact person very helpfull and very kind. All furnitures to feel "at home". New TV was delivered while I was there ! Quite good bed. Next time I come to Bratislava, I'll try to rent it again !
Just missing some cooking accessories, like a decent frying pan or a strainer. A little bit of noise very early due to streetcars (tramway).

Het appartement is gelegen aan het grootste plein van Bratislava, midden in het historische centrum van de stad. Alles is op loopafstand en de hele stad is prachtiggebouwd. Bovendien is de binnenstad bijna geheel auto-vrij. Ook zijn wij zeer vriendelijk geholpen door onze contactpersoon. Daarnaast vonden wij de stadsbevolking ook zeer aardig, ondanks dat de oudere generaties niet of nauwelijks Engels spreken.
Zeer kleine lift en veel trappen.

- Situato proprio nel centro storico ad un passo da tutti i locali - In ogni armadio/cassetto c'è qualcosa quindi controllateli tutti perché è dotato benissimo l'appartamento - parcheggio custodito sotto la piazza (a due passi da casa)
- prezzo del parcheggio se arrivate in auto (vi consigliamo di parcheggiare nel parcheggio sotto la piazza e far finta di smarrire il biglietto così pagate solo €70 per tutti i giorni di parcheggio anziché €44 per ogni giorno)

Grazie del suo commento. Mi dissocio dal suo consiglio riguardo al parcheggio: il prezzo del parcheggio è in linea con il costo per posto auto in zona pedonale nel centro storico delle capitali europee. Chi ritiene il prezzo alto può parcheggiare fuori dal centro e raggiungere comodamente l'appartamento con i mezzi pubblici.
