Description of the accommodation

There is a living room (where the sofa can be turned into a comfortable double bed and there is another single bed available) with a kitchen and a dining table, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a newly renovated bathroom with a bath tub and a toilet in the apartment. Each room opens from the corridor. There is a nice little balcony as well. The sitting room is spacious with a huge window, so it is full of light. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, micro, oven, plates, utensils). Cable TV with English, German and French channels. We provide clean sheets, blankets and towels.

Neighborhood : District 5

Situated in a lovely street in downtown, just a few blocks away from the Danube. You can go on for a shopping stroll or walk by the river, enjoy eating out in excellent restaurants, bars and cafés and have a fantastic time in this beautiful area. The apartment is in a nicely renovated house on the top floor. One of the windows offers you a partial view of Gellért Hill with the Liberation Monument (one of the most famous sights of the capital). Everything is within an easy reach: subway (Metro 3) is just a few minutes walk. Buses have stops in the neighbourhood as well. Tram Nr 2 travels along the the Danube providing spectacular scenery to the wonderfully renovated buildings of Pest and the Buda hills. Not to mention the outstanding opportunity to travel by ship which has stops a few metres away from the house.

We appreciated simple booking and renting procedure. Apartment has an excellent location for sightseeing in Budapest.

The contact person are very kind and helpful. The place it´s strategical situated and it very quite, you´ll sleep like a baby! The sofa it´s very comfortable while you watch the tv (or dvd player).
There is only CNN in english and there´s not wi fi connection. The place it´s small but it´s fine for one person. I would prefer a kettle to be able to make tea instead to put the mug in the microwave.

Comfortable, clean two room apartment excelently located in the center of Budapest. Close both to tram and metro, and Vaci utca! Very good for 2 couples. Good and nice contact with the hosts, well organized receiving and leaving the keys.
