Only-apartments.com belongs to the group Reservations Bookings Bcn S.L. and has its main office in Barcelona, Spain. With around 2 million visits a month, it is a European leader in the online reservations sector for short-let apartments.
The portal began in the year 2002 with the aim to offer the best prices per day for apartments. We currently have around 20,000 apartments in 200 different destinations and the number is growing each month.

We have an easy-to-use multi-lingual web portal in 17 language. Our main goal is to offer alternative lodging which is much more affordable than a traditional hotel. We work exclusively with the owners of the apartments, cutting out the middle man so we can keep our prices low.
