They are listed in the apartment's webpage. Accepting the conditions means that you are accepting the particular terms and conditions of the apartment that you are going to book.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Once you have carried out the payment of the reservation fee you will receive a confirmation e-mail with very important information. It is very important that you read it carefully.
- Each apartment owner sets the conditions of payment. By accepting now the conditions of this reservation, you accept the conditions of payment published on our website. Please write or call your contact person to agree to the payment once you have received the information in the confirmation e-mail.
- Please get in touch with the contact person 3 days before your arrival to confirm the meeting time and place on arrival
- You must return all sets of keys on departure
- You must leave apartment at the designated check-out time
- All furniture or facilities must be cared for
- Lodging more people than mentioned in this contract is not allowed
-Noise is forbidden after 21.00h inside the apartment as well as in the staircase. Please do not disturb the neighbours when opening or closing the entrance to the building and the apartment. This point is particularly important and no concessions will be made.
- We do not accept groups celebrating stag or hen parties, or football supporters coming to European Championship matches. Thank you for your understanding.
- We do not accept reservations of people who rent the apartments for illegal activities or to invite escorts during the stay.
- The property owner reserves the right to ask the tenant to sign a location contract when paying the outstanding amount of rent or upon arrival.
- The owner or the contact person reserve the right to change the accommodation due to circumstances beyond their control, and Only-apartments.com, Apartmentsramblas.com will not be liable for the inconveniences caused.
- Only-apartments.com, Apartmentsramblas.com will not be liable for the possible theft of objects left in the apartment.

If on your arrival you are unable to locate the contact person either at the apartment or by any of the phone numbers available, please contact our offices at once. We cannot assume any responsibility if you fail to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The reservation fee will not be refunded for cancellations requested by the customer.
The amount of rent to be refunded will depend on the conditions of cancellation set by the owner of each apartment.
Cancellations must be communicated either in writing, by e-mail or fax.
Should the apartment booked not be available due to circumstances beyond our control, our company will offer you accommodation with identical characteristics. If we are unable to offer alternative accommodation, the reservation will be cancelled, and a full refund of your booking fee will be made.

CHANGES

A change of dates is possible in the following cases:

Adding extra dates is permitted when the same apartment is available for the extra dates. The change should take place only after payment of the difference in the amount of the reservation fee.

Reduction of time: must be done one month in advance. The booking fee is non-refundable.

Changing the number of people:

Increasing the number of people is allowed when the same apartment has the capacity for the extra persons. The change should take place only after payment of the difference in the amount of reservation fee.

The first change of the reservation is not subject to administration costs, but subsequent changes are subject to a fee 20 €

It is the responsibility of our clients that the area or neighbourhood they choose to stay in is to their liking.
