Description of the accommodation

AP. PRIMAVERA 2 is located in the LAPA district of Lisboa. If you like staying in the very city centre, this is your apartment. You've got everything: relatively close to center and away from the noise.

Neighborhood : LAPA

LAPA: a calm neighbourhood, where the up and down streets offer you river and city views. The typical houses are side by side with the old monasteries and buildings of the XIX century. Close to Madragoa, the historical neighbourhood of fishermen and to Santos, one of the nightlife centres of Lisbon, famous by its bars, restaurants and design shops.
You can walk to National Art Museum and to Basilica da Estrela. You can take the famous tram route 28 that leads you to Bairro Alto, Chiado, Baixa, S. Jorge castle and Alfama. Nearby you can also take bus 727 to Belém or the train in Santos station to visit the beautiful beaches of Estoril and Cascais.

Great studio apartment in a typical Portuguese neighborhood. It has shops, bakeries, produce, restaurants, a taxi stands, bus, cafe near by. The owner was very helpful and he explained all about its surroundings. Highly recommend it.

El cierre de la ventana (la de dentro, era dobe) estaba rota, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, un poco más de limpieza en el baño y la cocina no estaría de más

Der Herr, der uns empfangen hat, hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben und uns alles erklärt. Die Busverbindungen in die Stadt und zum Strand waren wirklich super.
Wir sind Nachts und müde angekommen und haben warscheinlich deswegen spät realisiert, wie dreckig es war! Dreckige Bettwäsche und richtig schlimm war das modrige, schimmelige Holz in der Ecke zwischen Dusche und Zimmer, versteckt von Deko..

Very nice looking, quiet, clean and tidy. Nice location not too central and well-served by transports.
outside the builiding is a little old and dirty, as well as the street.

It was a very cosy apartment. Nicely decorated. It is located outside the city centre where there aren´t many tourists. However, there is a great connection between the apartment and the city centre. Pretty close to supermarket.
The air conditioning was broken. Only for lovers, otherwise its a bit to small. ;P

-nice district (close to the river) comfortable bed, all you need to cook, all in all a nice flat, nice bathroom ( shower was only OK though), you do not have to climb the stairs as it is the ground floor
- since the flat is on the ground floor we slept with windows shut and AC was not working so it was hot - boilers for hot water - electric sockets in a bad state - not a responsive contact person

Perfection in miniature. The room must have been designed by a professional interior designer. The ideas were so good and the equipment and decoration were of such good quality.
Not enough storage space for clothes, but it is difficult to see where more could have been fitted !
