The owner is really nice and friendly. The flat is nice, clean and bright. It´s on a quiet courtyard. Location is really great, close to foods, minimarket and supermarket. 10/15 min walk from anywhere (Plazza Mayor...) and close to 5 metro.

Bonne situation, à deux pas du centre, des transports et des commerces. Très calme. Equipement moderne.
Manque de certains éléments de mobilier ( chaises ) et de cuisine ( cafetière électrique, récipients adaptés aux plaques à induction ).

This was quite a cute little apartment. Close to the metro, close to the main st Gran Via. Everything is at a walkings distance - Plaza del Sol, Palacio Real. The owner was very helpful.
