Posizione eccellente. Appartamento caldo, accogliente e con dotazioni complete. Eugenia molto simpatica e disponibile.
Mancanza in cucina di almeno un tavolino dove poter consumare pasti, anche veloci, seduti. 2° letto del divano-letto di una delle stanze con le sponde rotte. Impianto stereo non funzionante.
