Situation géographique idéale!Quartier sympa!Appartement grand idéal pour une grande famille.C'est l'atout majeur de cet appartement car nous pratiquons toujours cette formule pour la visite de villes et c'est le moins bien de tous ce que nous avons eu jusqu'à présent.
Manque d'équipement: pas de four (donc pas de possibilité de réchauffer pizza, plats cuisinés...)Une cafetière italienne sans poignée donc pas pratique!(une cafetière électrique aurait été la bienvennue).Les 2 chambres donnant sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes(bruits des voitures passant sur les grilles), heureusement la nuit peu de circulation.Pas de fenêtres sur 2 chambres et sur le séjour(un peu sombre)La cabine de douche n'est pas dans la salle de bain mais dans le couloir derrière un simple rideau de tissu(il faut pas être trop gros car la place est restreinte).

Barrio muy agradable, céntrico y con mucha vida. Apartamento espacioso. Relación calidad-precio. Atención de la persona de contacto. La calefacción sí funciona.

Inserita nel quartiere più bello e vivo di Madrid. Zona centralissima, vicino a Palazzo Reale e a tutti i monumenti e attrattive più importanti di Madrid. Stanze molto grandi e spaziose. Accoglienza molto calorosa dei gestori sempre disponibili e gentilissimi.
Scarsa pulizia degli ambienti e riscaldamento tramite split (troppo caldo e secco). Poco attrezzata la cucina se si intende come noi mangiare spesso a casa. Doccia in pieno corridoio e separata dal dalla cucina/soggiorno solo da una tenda.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro e in zona con numerosi locali. Apprtamento comunque silenzioso. Spaziosità, ampi locali. Ottimo prezzo.
1 solo bagno, molto piccolo. Cucina poco fornita. Casa piuttosto buia visto che la maggior parte delle finestre danno su cortili interni.

Très bon quartier, central. L´appartement est extrêmement calme bien qu´il soit placé au rez de chaussée et qu´il donne sur une rue.

very close to the city center, very nice surrounding area, close to all the major turistic objectives, size of the apartment
electrical system - keep falling, the plugs were not always working, poor kitchen, just one bathroom is not enough, very cold- we stayed in january
