Ottima la posizione. Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Gentilezza contatto e personale pulizie. Beme anche la biancheria da bagno(in quantità più che sufficiente). Informazioni lette sul sito veritiere e precise.
Dotazione cucina insufficiene (2 bicchieri, 3 tazze, un solo cucchiano ...) e 2 soli appendiabii per 4 persone ... Proabilmente alcuni viaggitori rompono o asportano le stoviglie che poi non vengono rimpiazzate ...

Posizione centrale (vicino a Plaza de Sol), pulito, ristrutturato di recente, dotato di ascensore moderno . Nei pressi erano presenti tutti i servizi: negozi, metro, ecc...
Scarsa dotazione in cucina (piatti, bicchieri, posate). Presenza massiccia della prostituzione nei dintorni (tuttavia non invadente) e poca attenzione alla pulizia nei dintorni del quartiere.

L´appartamento, benchè piccolo, è dotato di tutto i comfort ed è nuovissimo e in quattro ci si sta comodi, ed inoltre si trova in un condominio altrettanto nuovo. Piacevolmente stupiti! Molto meglio di ciò che ci aspettavamo!
