Appartamento centralissimo e molto comodo per la posizione!
Tenuto male, le dotazioni iniziali sembran buone ma prive di manutenzione. Chiazze di umido sul muro, malfunzionamento dello scarico doccia e conseguente allagamento, appartamento mal tenuto e spoglio, molto diverso da come appare nelle foto.
