LA LATINA (CENTRE). District Latin is one of the most typical of Madrid. Popular neighborhood with enchantment, full of typical restaurants on the Cava Baja street, all around the zone there are bars with tapas and typical food. Every Sunday is special since the zone turns into a great Market: the famous Rastro of Madrid. Here you can enjoy all kinds of stands and shops with antiquities, clothes and all that unsuspected. The walk along the zone is really charming, to have coffee with churros is very typical and to walk to Plaza Mayor. The zone has a very special environment, from here all the tourist places can be visit by foot.

Central apartment, confortable for seeing the city center, nice district. The photos on the website show it as it is, very clean as well.

Buena situación y privado.
En las fotos e información aparece "cama doble" pero es mentira. Son dos camas simples juntas que comparten colcha. El desagüe del cuarto de baño, (ducha y lavabo) no funciona correctamente. El armario de debajo del fregadero olía fatal.

Muy buena situación,muy cerca de la parada del metro y a menos de 10 minutos de Plaza Mayor,Sol.. Barrio muy animado y con muchos comercios.
Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento,manchas en paredes,ducha que se atasca...

Sehr gute Lage.
Wir mussten über 1 Stunde auf unsere Kontaktperson warten. Die Klimaanlage tropfte und somit war ein grosser Teil des Bodens nass. Sehr hellhörig.
