we had really good contact with the owner, the flat was clean, close to Grand Via, bars and restaurants, shops. I stronlgy recommend.

Incredible apartment near Plaza Espana. I was, delighted with the amenity kits! Very large rooms with clean and comfortable beds. Quiet street but close to everything!

Die Lage für Touristen war perfekt, da alles prima zu erreichen gewesen ist.
Die Außentür und der Hausflur haben einen Schock versetzt. Die Umgebung war etwas befremdlich, aber wohl üblich dort. Unten im EG hat eine neue Bodega aufgemacht, welche den Geräuschpegel schon sehr hoch geschraubt hat...
