10/ GARE DU NORD.In the heart of the 10th district of Paris, a lively district with many different restaurants, with shops at less than 50 m and with shopping centres (amongst one bio supermarket) within a walking distance. This district has a lot of theatres (i.e. the Porte Saint-Martin, the Gymnase, the Renaissance, the Splendid), cinemas and the "New Morning" for those who love jazz. It is between the city centre of Paris and the district of Montmartre with the metro (line 4) connecting both districts. Nearby is the district of the antique shops and the famous auction hall Drouot. Numerous bus stops are also nearby (lines 38, 39, 47) and at the Gare de l''Est (East Train Station) you have access to 2 more metro lines. Around there are several parking places for those who travel by car.

Appartamento tipicamente francese, molto grazioso e particolare. Piccolino ma funzionale. Dotato di tutto il necessario. Fermata del metro comodissima. Non molto lontani i negozi per l'acquisto di generi alimentari. Proprietario simpatico.
