TROCADERO, site of the neoclassical Palais de Chaillot, is an area of Paris, in the 16th arrondissement, across the Seine from the Eiffel Tower. Five avenues come from the Trocadéro: the avenue Henri-Martin which goes to the porte de la Muette and passes in front of the lycée Janson de Sailly (Janson de Sailly secondary school); the avenue Paul Doumer which goes to the Muette; the avenue d''Eylau which goes to the place of Mexico; the avenue Kléber which goes to the place de l''Etoile; and the avenue d''Iéna which go to the musée Guimet.
Excellent underground connections to the centre and other turist attractions.

Alloggio molto carino in zona strategicamente situata , con tutti i servizi comodi.Molto gradevole l'alloggio come disposizione di stanze e come luminosità e aerazione. Riscaldamento ben funzionante.
Biancheria molto sciupata e pulizia scarsa in bagno e cucina.Non c'è neanche un gancio al muro e nell'armadio 4 appendiabiti x 3 persone. Non c'è presa di corrente nel bagno per l'asciugacapelli o il rasoio.

Un appartamento molto carino e situauto in un punto bellissimo poco distante dalla Tour Eiffel, servito benissimo come servizi e con un rapporto qualita' prezzo molto conveniente.
una rinfrescatina ai muri e qualche miglioria interna sicuramente renderebbero l'appartamento eccellente, purtroppo non si puo' avere tutto dalla vita. comunque molto buono.
