by the Bois de Vincennes (a nice park within a 5 minutes walk). The access to public transport (bus and metro) is very convenient with direct connections to the basic stations Bastille, Opéra, Madelene, Concorde and Invalides. It is a calm and safe district. Nearby you find the renowned Daumesnil Avenue with a lot of banks, comercial centres and a famous market taking place 2-3 times a week.

Appartamento comodissimo, persona di contatto eccezionale. Quartiere tranquillissimo e vicino ad un bar, tabacchi, supermarket e fermata della metro.
Letti di dimensioni leggermente inferiori agli standard.

Very friendly host. Comfortable apartment, cosy and nice. Close to supermarket.
Lacks a clothes dryer. No clothes hanger. Toilet seat needs repair. Need more bath towels.

Je ne comprends pas, il y a au moins 20 cintres dans chaque armoire. Le couvercle des toilettes est pratiquement neuf, il a été changé récemment. Et en plus vous avez un sèche linge dans la salle de bain.

Quartiere tranquillo, negozi per fare la spesa e tanti posti dove magiare, centro facilmente raggiungibile con metro o lunga passeggiata. Casa ottima per 3/4, dotata di tutti i confort, letti comodi, padrona di casa deliziosa. Wifi inclusa.

Werder we received the most friendly manner by the landlady. And one week we lived among the French, very nice. Complex building but quiet. Metro close by.
The apartment was not super clean and a bit dark.
