5/QUARTIER LATIN, MOUFFETARD. The Latin Quarter of the 5th Arrondissement got its name from the Sorbonne, where Latin was the common tongue for all students during the Middle Ages. Nowadays is also populated by students, but it can be considered as a business and commercial zone too. Rue Mouffetard, for example, is a primary artery of the city with lots of shops, restaurants, theathers, cinemas, bars and cafés.Furthermore, it is possible to reach the principal touristic attraction thanks to the underground connections.

lo indicado en las fotos,es lo que uno encuentra,las camas son muy confortables, la cocina muy bien equipada, la persona encargada del contacto ahí nos dió un trato excelente y amable, cosa más que importante.Nos sentimos muy a gusto los 13 días que disfrutamos de París,el barrio es seguro, con transportes ( metro, bus)a un paso, restaurantes de todo tipo a solo metros, super recomendado.Volveríamos al departamento con todo gusto.

Estuvimos con nuestros hijos y la pasamos bárbaro. El departamento está completo, limpio y cálido. El lugar está justo enfrente de la plazita Contrescarpe y en una zona de bares, lugares para cenar y divertirse en pleno Barrio Latino. (A pesar de todo esto y como el departamento es al contrafrente es tranquilo y no se escuchan ruidos. André que representa al dueño,te atiende muy bien y vive en el mismo edificio. Recomendable ciento por ciento, si regresamos algún día a Francia volvemos a este departamento.

posizione strategica per la visita del quartiere latino, notre dame e louvre(anche a piedi se si ha voglia di camminare una mezz'ora per raggiungerli), c'e comunque la fermata metro a 2 minuti.la piazzetta contrescarpe è molto graziosa e animata. appartamento pulito e silenzios, persona di contattto molto disponibile e precisa. grazie

El departamento está muy bien ubicado.Es muy buena la relación calidad/precio.Está muy bien equipado. Muy buena la organización con el propietario, la persona de contacto in situ y el que alquila. Es un departamento para recomendar y/o volver.

L´appartamento è in buone condizioni e si trova in una bella zona, a due passi dalla fermata della metro. La padrona di casa è un´ottima persona. Assolutamente consigliato!

Bellissima posizione, casa pulita, zona molto frequentata anche in agosto, l´appartamento è anche meglio di come è presentato dal sito.
C´era una tapparella rotta al nostro arrivo e non è stata aggiustata e per questo la sala risultava un po´ buia.
