11/ OBERKAMPF (name of a German industrial, importer of fabric into France) is one of the most dynamic neighborhoods in Paris. At night by it’s numerous bars and restaurants and during the day by it’s huge market that happens every Tuesdays and Fridays. As well, thanks to it’s location, innumerable monuments in the capital are easily accessed like the Opéra Bastille, and the “Père Lachaise” graveyard.

Perfect location, great for if you want to cook at home after visiting markets.
Very squeaky floorboards, key a little tricky to use. Contact persons not very easy to contact.

El piso nos gustó mucho, tiene todo lo necesario, es cómodo y tranquilo y además está muy bien comunicado por metro y bus. Super y tiendas a unos pasos y Vincent muy amable. Lo recomendamos
Solo el suelo que es de madera y suena mucho. Te da apuro moverte por miedo a molestar. Como sugerencia una mampara de ducha.

FAUBOURG TEMPLE - Great apartment which was super well equipped! you can literally find everything you need..There were 3 supermarts in the vicinity and the metro was just down the same street. Very convenient.. Owner Vincent was really nice..
The floor is a little squeaky but was bearable after you got used to the sound..

Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, so daß keine Geräusche von der Straße kommen. Es gab eine gute Empfehlung fürs erste Abendessen. Es gab frische Handtücher und frisches Bettzeug.

FAUBOURG TEMPLE in Paris Located close to a choice of Metro lines - really handy for all the main attractions. Close to a busy shopping street but the design of the building means you don´t hear the noise. Communal areas are clean.
