5/QUARTIER LATIN, MOUFFETARD. The Latin Quarter of the 5th Arrondissement got its name from the Sorbonne, where Latin was the common tongue for all students during the Middle Ages. Nowadays is also populated by students, but it can be considered as a business and commercial zone too. Rue Mouffetard, for example, is a primary artery of the city with lots of shops, restaurants, theathers, cinemas, bars and cafés.Furthermore, it is possible to reach the principal touristic attraction thanks to the underground connections.

Solid location...plenty of dining options. Easy access to the metro. Would return again and recommend his location to others. Price for apartment Was a real value.
Need a contact person available during daytime for problems or questions. They need to available via cell or text.

Quiet, clean, well presented apartment in ideal location close to Notre Dame.
Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the communal corridor but did not spoil our enjoyment of staying here.

El apartamento esta en un lugar inmejorable de la ciudad. Queda en una calle muy tranquila y hay mucho silencio . Està muy bien equipado y es acogedor. El aparato para secar la ropa es un gran acierto.
Es un poco pequeño y tal vez falte una butaca mas .

Studio parfait pour un séjour en famille (1 enfant), très bien situé (à 2 pas de la Seine, de Notre Dame, du métro), aménagement pratique, confortable et propre. Possibilité de cuisiner, ce qui est agréable pour des vacances avec un enfant!
Certaines nuits, un voisin qui pense être en plein jour!

Excellent location and facilities. 2 mins walk from metro and Notre dame. sofa bed is very comfortable, and a good size. Great price. I would definately recommend staying here. An excellent base for seeing Paris.

Housing met expectations, a sofa bed was a very good sleep, a quiet and comfortable courtyard housing, the location was great and the contact person was very pleasant, friendly and multilingual. We recommend the apartment, a good choice.

Apartman cok merkezi. Isinmasi cok iyi. Firin, market gibi alisveris yerleri cok yakin. Evin ici ozenle tasarlanmis ve cok kullanisli. Bizi evde karsilayan Veronique cok kibar ve guvenilir bir bayandi. Tavsiye ettigi restoranlari da begendik
Cikarken, carsaflarin toplanmasi gerekiyormus. Basit birsey ama giriste soylenmedigi icin zaman kisiti nedeniyle biraz panik olduk.
