Here you will find the lovely Square Place des Voges, The main focus for contemporary art in France is also in this part of town, at the Beaubourg/Pompidou Centre.

Bella zona, soprattutto collegatissima col fatto che è a 2 passi da place de la republique
Appartamento veramente freddo al nostro ingresso 16/17gradi
C'è voluto 6 giorni per scaldarlo a temperatura ideale (21/22°)

Generally the apartment was fine a bit on the pricy side. We felt safe and the surrounding neighbourhood was good. Bed was comfortable. Metro was handy as well.
Looked as though someone resides there. Food spoiling in the fridge and the collection of items by some guy, when my wife arrived. Furniture was old and haphazzard; nothing seemed to fit.
Dear Michael, sorry for the impression you had of the apartment "too lived". In fact I gave instruction to the cleaning lady to keep some food items when "new" bcs I thougth it was nice for a new client to find already there sugar, oil,peper and also, for exemple, some fruits in the fridge.....

We had a great time in the apartment... it was comfortable, cozy, well fitted out and situated in a great location.
The owner was prompt and helpful with our questions and queries. Great stay and service.

Excellent district. Nice simple apartment which had all one needs on a week long vacation. Contact person was really nice and answered quickly and accurately to all inquiries.
Wifi wasn´t working for some reason during our stay.
it is true, ADSL line had some problems during yr sejour but now I got it fixed.

quartiere tranquillo
posizione centrale, vicina alla metropolitana.
palazzo caratteristico e appartamento abbastanza spazioso.
i cinque piani senza ascensore un po´ stancanti
il terzo letto (divano letto) poco comodo: appartamento più adatto ad una coppia.

We are really grateful for a possibility to stay in such a marvelous place at Rue Charlot - we felt like at home and we traveled everywhere on foot although the metro and the buses were accessible all the time (we preferred our feet:))
