OPÉRA. Opéra is the name of the 9th arrondissement of Paris, located between the Louvre and the Grands Boulevards of Haussmann, Montmartre, Poissonnière and Bonne-Nouvelle. In the southern part on of this diverse residential district on Boulevard Haussmann is Paris'' largest shopping centres and department stores (the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps). The world’s most renowned Opéra Garnier is also found in this district along with the famous Moulin Rouge and the red-light district around Place Pigalle further up north. The streets behind and around both sides of the opera have many banks, Japanese restaurants, cafés and duty-free shops selling luxury brands.

The apartment is very centrally located and accessible through two metro stations. It is well furnished and the owner is quite warm.

El apartamento estaba perfectamente equipado y perfecto. La persona de contacto, Sèbastien, fue también muy agradable. La situación era fantástica, a 5 minutos andando de Sacre Couer. Varias paradas de metro alrededor y la estación de tren.

Nice real Paris style, close to boulangerie, monoprix, restaurants, bar et terras. Metro (Anvers) close and Gare du Nord in walking distance (5-10 minutes). Bikes (rental) in front of the door. Good shower but with curtain. Really Nice!
Beds are a little hard (peronal) and the apartment is a little noisy because of traffic.
