Description of the accommodation

SEDAINE the apartment is in the neighborhood 12/ Bastille of París. It is the ideal location for a holiday in the city. If you want to spend your holiday in the city but want to sleep peacefully, SEDAINE is perfect.

Neighborhood : 12/ Bastille

BASTILLE. The Bastille or more exactly the Bastille Saint Antoine was a fortress built on the current square of the Bastille in Paris. It was, at the beginning, a castle and arsenal built to defend the Saint Antoine’s door and the walls of the East of Paris but later on was transformed into a prison. Today it is the symbol of the beginning of the French Revolution. It is still possible to see some relics on the subway station of Bastille and in the Galli square. This district is very animated, with many fairs, concerts and markets. Bastille square is very appreciated on Fridays and Saturdays evenings for its coffees, restaurants, cinemas and discotheques. There is also the Opera Bastille. The access is very easy thanks to the subway and bus transportation.

Het appartement is klein maar compleet en schoon. De bedden zijn goed. De buurt is rustig. Er staan veel kruiden, thee, koffie etc. Digitale tv aanwezig met veel zenders. Wij konden het erg waarderen dat er een fles jus en bier voor ons klaar stond. Een Carrefour City supermarkt en een bakkerij zijn gelegen in de straat op loopafstand. De metro bevindt zich eveneens op loopafstand. Fijn dat er geen schoonmaakkosten berekend werden, uiteraard hebben we het appartement wel schoon achtergelaten.
De parkeerplaatsen in de straat zijn toegankelijk tegen betaling (max 2 uur) tussen 9.00 en 19.00u. Op zondag en dinsdag vrij parkeren. De parkeergarage in Rue St. Antoine kost €38,-/dag en dat is veel (een parkeergarage op de Champs Elysees €30,-/dag). Volgens de site was er een koffiezetapparaat aanwezig maar dit was een Senseo. Volgens de site was er wel een oven en geen magnetron aanwezig maar het was een combi apparaat. Volgens de site was er ADSL maar wij kregen geen internet verbinding tot stand. Het appartement ligt op de 5e verdieping, de wenteltrap is een zware trap en niet handig voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn.

Una buena zona para ir de turismo. Todo muy acogedor y limpio. Persona de contacto muy amable y te recibe con un desayuno el primer día.

El apartamento esta genial, muy comodo para una pareja, bien situado, con supermercados cerca, y en una zona excepcional, cercano al metro, y caminando a pie hacia el centro por el barrio de le marais. Una estacia maravillosa, el apartamento era muy acogedor,bien climatizado, la cama muy comoda, bien equipado de electrodomesticos, y limpio. Sin duda, repetiremos de nuevo, Jael fue muy maja, nos trajo un par de croissants para desayunar el dia del check in, no puedo poner nada en contra... Agradecerle todo y recomendado para una estancia bien sea corta o larga. Un besote muy fuerte para ti, Jael, y gracias por todo!!

el sitio es estupendo, muy bien comunicado con todo Paris. la persona de contacto es muy amable. se esta muy calentito, y el piso tiene de todo.
.es un quinto sin ascensor, aunque a nosotros no nos ha importado, puede haber gente que tenga problemas para subir tantos peldaños

El precio
Para dos personas, correcto, pero no está preparado para cuatro personas. No disponíamos de mesa ni de sillas. Estaba un poco sucio. El lavabo perdía agua.

Sí tienes razón, el problema de fregadero fue reparada por completo. Siento que esto ha caído en ese momento. La suciedad que se produjo se ha resuelto también.
