CENTRE.The city center is constituted from Vecriga (Old Riga) and among the interesting places we can find the Castle founded in the XIV century, the Cathedral, and the well-known houses called Three Brothers.
In 1997 the historical center of Riga was introduced from the UNESCO in the list of the Properties of the Humanity, in virtue of its Art Nouveau buildings (the Jugendstil German).
A good place to taste the current way of life is the Central Market while the Cathedral Square is the meeting place with his coffee shops and breweries.

Good location.
Bad contact (late, lack of info.), no internet wifi (ethernet cable...), no respects of the apointments time (arrival and departure), not possible to open the windows (even during summer). Cleaning.

Nous n´avons pas eu l´appartement prévu dans le contrat mais un autre ( World apartment) très bien situé, mieux d´après ce que nous avons pu en juger.
