CIUDAD DE LAS ARTES Y LAS CIENCIAS. This zone is situated in the south-eastern side of the city Valencia. The district Monteolivete is located between the Peris i Valero street, Alcalde Reig and the Plata y Zapadores avenue. A part of all the beautiful and interesting monuments you can visit the Faller museum and the City of arts and sciences which is a work of the valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. The City of arts and sciences is a big ludic centre of scientific and cultural diffusion which was oponed in April 1998. A location where you can enjoy of art, science and nature. Persona gentilissima e disponibile. Casa veramente bella, pulita e luminosa. Supermercato assortito sotto casa e fermata del bus davanti il portone. Vicino stazione metro per treno che porta all'aeroporto.
Un pò lontana dal centro, ma vicina alla città della scienza e acquario.

Excellent location near the City of Arts and Sciences and shopping malls, especially with Mercadona supermarket directly downstairs. Bus35 right at doorstep goes to city center and comes every 8min.
The apartment could do with better heating. There's only one oil-fin heater and an air-cond (which makes the air very dry). When all are switched on, the electricity tripped a couple of times.

Apartamento muy bien situado con respecto a la Ciudad de las Artes ( 10 minutos andando en llano). Muy completo, cómodo, limpio; fue como estar en tu propia casa.Absolutamente nada que objetar!!!El barrio es obrero y el Mercadona está debajo!!
