Nothing like getting home and finding a comfortable temperature, neither hot nor cold. If you think the same, this is your apartment. Going on a trip with children has never been easier. No need to carry a cot or high chair for baby: you can find it in the apartment.

ARSENALE. The arsenal of Venice is located in the eastern part of the main island of the lagoon, a few steps away from the centre and the main tourist attractions of the city.
It is a large complex with shipyards and offices, built in the beginning of the XII century, where the vessels that marked Venice’s maritime supremacy have been constructed for years.
The arsenal worked until the XX century and it is considered as one of the first factories in the world. Currently, visits are permitted only on few occasions and it is protected by the Navy, even if it is partly used for exhibitions of the “Biennale di Venezia”.

Non c'è niente come tornare a casa e trovare una temperatura ideale: né caldo né freddo. Se la pensate così, questo è l'appartamento che fa per voi. Partire per un viaggio con i bambini non è mai stato così facile. Non c'è bisogno di portare una culla o un seggiolone per il bambino: si può trovare nell'appartamento.

ARSENALE. L’arsenale di Venezia si trova nella parte orientale dell’isola principale della laguna, a pochi passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche della cittá.
Si tratta di un grande complesso di cantieri e uffici, costruito all’inizio del XII secolo, dove per molti anni si costuirono le imbarcazioni che marcarono il predominio marittimo della Serenissima. L’arsenale rimase in attivitá fino alla metá del XX secolo ed é considerato da molti la prima grande fabbrica del mondo. Attualmente si ammettono visite solo in alcune occasioni ed é oggi protetto dalla Marina Militare, anche se viene in parte utilizzato per le esposizioni della Biennale di Venezia.
