Description of the accommodation

The apartment house is located in the 1st Floor of a renovated century building and is accessible by elevator. This property is oriented in two quiet courtyards. So you are not disturbed by traffic noise. The apartment is located in a central location with good connections to the public transport network. In about 2 minutes walk from the train station Traisengasse. Also nearby are the underground (U6), a bus and tram stop. Due to the very well-developed public transport network to reach all the sights and major regional road network in a short time, eg: City / St. Stephen's Square (15 min), Schönbrunn Palace (30 min), Belvedere Castle (30 min) fairgrounds (18 min) , West Railway Station (25 min), airport Schwechat (35 Min).

Neighborhood : District 20 - Brigittenau

The Dresden Road is a spacious avenue road with very good infrastructure. In the immediate vicinity there are several shops and a large supermarket and bars are located with typical Viennese cuisine. The Millennium City, a large cinema and shopping center is also within easy reach. The highly appreciated by the Viennese Prater recreation areas and Danube Island with vast green spaces and mature trees invite to go walking, cycling and swimming, and with the subway in a few minutes away. Excellent locations for public transport. Very quietly because it is in backyard side, that's why no nice view by window. Good working apartment. We recommend.

Appartamento pulitissimo,comodo e spazioso, con tutte le dotazioni come se fosse casa propria, Proprietario molto gentile e preciso. Molto comodo anche per i mezzi pubblici, in 15-20 minuti max si arriva in centro città.

The owner was excellent to deal with, and the apartment was light, airy and immaculately presented in a quiet building. The apartment is on a tram line with both U-Bahn and above ground stations very close, making it very accessible.
No significant issues at all.
