• ¿How does the reservation process work in Only-Apartments?
To book an apartment, you must fill in the dates and the number of people in the upper right corner, then you click on "GO" and you choose an apartment from the list of available apartments that the system will show.
After filling in your personal details, you must choose one of the two payment systems offered. An amount equivalent to the 20% of the rental price + VAT must be paid out by credit card or bank transfer.
If the payment of the reservation is made by credit card, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your reservation and including all the details of the apartment.
If the payment is to be made by bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail with the instructions for the bank transfer and for the ulterior confirmation of the reservation.

• ¿What does the advanced search involve?
Besides the searches based on the number of people and the availability, it is possible to perform more specific searches by neighborhood, number of room, accommodation suitable for disabled people, apartments where domestic animals are allowed...

• ¿Are the prices per person or per night?
When you fill in the arrival date, the departure date and the number of people, the price shown is always the total amount for all the nights and all the occupants of the accommodation.

• ¿What is the deposit?
It is an amount of money that the contact person demands as a guarantee of the correct use and maintenance of the apartment. The deposit will be returned to the occupants when leaving the apartment if it has not suffered any damage (by cash or bank transfer).

• ¿Do I pay for the cleaning?
In some apartments, cleaning services are charged with the reservation and rental fees. These cleaning services involve only the cleaning performed the day the apartment is left and it is included in the total price.

• ¿When and how do I enter the apartment?
For all the apartments, there is a check-in time, that is, the time of the day after which you can go into the apartment the first day. This check-in time is specified in the particular conditions for each apartment, below the plan.

• ¿When and how do I leave the apartment?
For all the apartments, there is a check-out time, that is, the time of the day before which you must leave the apartment the last day. This check-out time is specified in the particular conditions for each apartment, below the plan.

• ¿Where can I leave my luggage?
For early arrivals and late departures, all apartments offer facilities where to leave your luggage. This information is specified in the particular conditions for each apartment, ibelow the plan.

• ¿How is the deposit charged and refunded?
Each owner chooses freely the system to be used to charge and refund the deposit. This information is specified in the particular conditions for each apartment, below the plan.

• ¿Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed in all the apartments. This information is specified in the particular conditions for each apartment, below the plan.

• ¿Where is the apartment?
On the record of each apartment, there is a Map with zoom.
Nevertheless, once the reservation is done and you get in touch with your contact person, he or she will explain you in details the best way to arrive to the apartment.

• ¿What is the cancellation policy?
Only-Apartments has fixed a penalty over the reservation fee based on how far in advance the cancellation is done. The criteria are the following:
-Until 30 days prior to the arrival, 95% of the reservation fee will be reimbursed.
-Less than 30 days prior to the arrival, the reservation fee will not be reimbursed.
Over the rental fee, it is the owner who fixes his or her own cancellation policy. This information is specified in the particular conditions for each apartment, below the plan.

• ¿What about bedclothes, towels and other equipment?
On the record of each apartment, at the right of the map, you can see if bedclothes and towers are offered, as well as which pieces of equipment (beds, electric devices...) are at your disposal.

• ¿Are electricity and heating fees included?
They are not included in all the apartments. This information is specified in the particular conditions for each apartment, below the plan.

• ¿What about invoices and receipts?
With the booking confirmation sent by e-mail, you will receive a link with the invoice issued by Reservations Bookings Bcn S.L. , corresponding to the amount of the reservation fee.
The invoice corresponding to the rental and cleaning fees must be requested directly to the owner or contact person.
