Jos matkustat perheen kanssa, joilla on useampi kuin yksi kylpyhuone avulla voit varautua helposti aamulla. Ole valmis käymään kaupunkiin, kaikki on nopeampaa. LE RIAD CARAMEL on mukava: se ei ole kylmä eikä kuuma. Tarvitsetko paljon tilaa? LE RIAD CARAMEL ei petä, rentoutua aluetta 110 m2. Kun olet takaisin kotiin sen jälkeen koko päivän vierailulla monumentteja ja museoita, ei ole mitään parempaa kuin rentoutua terassilla, joka on teidän muutaman päivän!

MEDINA.It was built in 1126-1127 by the Almoravida administration. With the dinasty fall, in 1147, most of the monuments were destroyed. During the 1147-1158 period, Abd el Mu''men built, above the almoravides ruins, the Kutubia mosque, whose 77mt tower is one of the city symbol.
Once you enter in the Medina you will be surrounded by a medieval ambient with a different rhythm and lots of differents smells and enrapting sounds due to the presence of dyer,blacksmiths,jewellers and cabinet makers.

The location in the Medina is very central, so you are near to all the big atractions of Marrakech. The apartment is located in a very dark alley, not very nice for people alone or ladies
I am very sorry, but I am not very postive about the appartment. It was NOT CLEAN, it was raining into the house and the atmosphere was not very pleasant. I tried to reach the owner by phone, but they couldn't do anything. Also the bathroom and shower was very poor quality and not clean. The towels were old and grey and the kitchen was very very filthy. So my allround opinion about Le Petit Riad is negative. I cannot recommend it to other travellers.

1) scarsa igiene e pulizia (abbiamo persino trovato uno scarafaggio sul letto!). e poi il fatto che si trova in un vicolo cieco con scarsa illuminazione non fa' certo una buona impressione 2) il contatto del posto che abbiamo chiamato per dei problemi senza presentarsi (soprattutto perche' aveva chiuso a chiave-con catenaccio 2 delle 3 camere da letto, quando abbiamo prenotato l'appartamento intero!) 3) dotazioni scarsissime (telecomandi tv senza pile, problemi con il condizionatore in camera tra l'altro vecchio, rumoroso ed inefficiente; mancavano piatti, carta igienica ecc...) 4) a causa del freddo di sera e senza un'opportuno riscaldamento nella zona giorno praticamente si doveva stare in cappotto dato che il tetto era scoperto!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in the heart of life in this bustling city, then this is the Riad for you. If you are travelling in winter be prepared for cold nights. But this is more than made up for during the day with the fabulous open terrace on the roof.

Die Vermieterin beantwortete nicht unsere Mails. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktionierte nicht. Man ließ uns sechs (!!!) Stunden warten , ehe nach zahllosen Telefonaten jemand mit dem Wohnungsschlüssel kam. Das Riad war dunkel, schmutzig und roch muffig.

La ubicación es casi perfecta dentro de la medina, la relación calidad precio es muy buena, perfecto para grupos o parejas. La atención es buena en general, sobretodo por el propietario.
Se puede mejorar con muy poco el estado del Riad, la limpieza no es que sea mala pero también podría mejorar.

Pretty good located in the medina, close to jemaa el fna and two steps from the little supermarkets. Nice terrace.
Not that quiet located, bed could be better and the washing machine was not connected. We had some communication problems with the owner and his staff although they reply and try to solve problems it was not good organised.

Excellent situation; comfortable beds; friendly people.
Plumbing is a bit basic. Can´t comment on the kitchen as we didn´t use it, except to shave in.

This is a great little hideaway in the middle of an incredibly bustling part of the Medina. We loved it, and quickly got used to the hectic pace of life in the street outside. The roof terrace is great, there´s always somewhere to be quiet.
