MANHATTAN - MIDTOWN. Midtown is the central part of Manhattan, situated between the 14th Street (upper border of Downtown), and the 59th Street (the beginning of Central Park). In Midtown there are some of the most important symbols of New York: the Grand Central Terminal, the Chrysler Building, the Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick''s Cathedral. You can also find the headquarters of UN (Turtle Bay), the Flatiron Building in the Madison Square Park and Times Square (Broadway), the most famous cross-way in the city with many musical theatres.
In "Tenderloin" district, the top attractions are: the Empire State Building, the New York Public Library and the biggest shopping centre in the world “Macy’s”. Chelsea, where there’s the Union Square, offers a mix of fashion, art, culture, bars and restaurants. In the fashion District “Garment” you will also find many shops. Good connections thanks to buses and subway.
