10/ GARE DU NORD.In the heart of the 10th district of Paris, a lively district with many different restaurants, with shops at less than 50 m and with shopping centres (amongst one bio supermarket) within a walking distance. This district has a lot of theatres (i.e. the Porte Saint-Martin, the Gymnase, the Renaissance, the Splendid), cinemas and the "New Morning" for those who love jazz. It is between the city centre of Paris and the district of Montmartre with the metro (line 4) connecting both districts. Nearby is the district of the antique shops and the famous auction hall Drouot. Numerous bus stops are also nearby (lines 38, 39, 47) and at the Gare de l''Est (East Train Station) you have access to 2 more metro lines. Around there are several parking places for those who travel by car.

Very central, easy access to city center. Spacious flat. Clean. Good beds. Nice host, though poor English speaking abilities. Flexible hours for departure. Possibility of leaving luggage for later pick up. Good and sufficient information.

Appartment was bigger than we expected; high ceiling, wooden floor, simple furniture and mini-garden to have breakfast outside. Appartment on first floor. Neat building. 2 minutes from Gare du Nord. Nice owners. Good beds.
Towels are old and bedlinnen is dark coloured. White colours would give you a much more fresh feeling. Quiet building so making noise is out of the question.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt um Paris zu erkunden und von den großen Flughäfen sehr einfach zu erreichen. Sie ist sehr gut und vollständig ausgestattet, viele Lebensmittel waren vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in direkter Nähe. Der sehr nette Vermieter hat uns mit vielen Tipps versorgt. Bei der An- und Abreisezeit war er sehr flexibel. Wir werden auf alle Fälle versuchen, die Wohnung beim nächsten Besuch in Paris wieder zu bekommen.

Super god beliggenhed. Nemt at komme til lufthavnen. Fin indretning og optimal for familier. Gode indkøbsmuligheder på samme gade. Fleksible udlejere.
Meget støj fra gaden om natten i stueværelset.

Exellent and friendly contact person, super service. An exellent appartment for a great price. Extremely good to be ably to leave the appartment according to our flight time, rather than cheking out on a fixed time.
A possiblity to make two beds (twin) out of the double in the one bedroom would have been appreciated. And if not - at least a separate blanket/duvet for two persons rather than on double. Some softs chair or another sofa in the living room.

Fantastic location, some previous comments had stated the road noise was bothersome, we didn´t find it so. The owners had supplied the best welcome pack that we have ever had. There was food, milk, coffee, filter papers etc. Would use again!

Aparttament ideally located near the Gare du Nord. Very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The owner is very nice and gives lots of information. It is a very good option to stay in Paris.

Very nice apartment with lot of space on La Fayette. Gare de Nord is near. You feel really homie. Owner is good person. No deposit was needed. If you have kids, they will love it.
Only problem is that bedroom has street window and outside is crazy traffic all day and night. You can not sleep without ear plugs. So first night I had to get use to those ear plugs. Apartment needs new soundproof windows.
