It`s full of historical and artistic monuments such as the Coliseum, the Imperial Forums and the Baths of Diocletian. There are also many restaurants and shops nearby. Easquilino is connected with other districts by two metro lines and buses. The Termini train station is at a walking distance.

Renato and his wife were really nice and gave us a really good welcome! The apartment was really confortable and relaxing and we have Coliseo 10 minutes walking!! Amazing!!! The apartment feels like home and has everything we need for breakfast, lunch or dinner! I will talk about him to all of my friends!! :D

We had a wonderful time with 'Sarah'. The apartment was very comfortable, warm and welcoming as we came in from the cold Rome days. Well located, everything worked and was available. The welcome we received was fabulous. When next in Rome, 'Sarah' will be on our list. Thank you.

Spijtig dat de bedden niet op voorhand werden opgemaakt en dat er in de woonruimte zeer weinig direct daglicht is.

We are sorry we could'nt welcome you for we were away that period. The beds are not ready just for showing the freshly laundered bed linen. Best regards Renato Mataloni

We loved it: excellent location, spacious appartment, well equiped, very good price quality, warm welcome and very useful info about neighbourhood from the owners despite our late arrival (round midnight).
Nothing against really, 1 small remark: the shower has lots of possibilities, but we found it a little difficult to use.

Accueil très sympathique, l´appartement est confortable et bien situé par rapport aux transports. Nous avons passé 5 jours très agréable à Rome.

A nice comfortable flat in central place of Rom. Renato und Isabella sind sehr nette und hilfreiche Vermieter. Wir kommrn gerne wieder und empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter.
