  • DISTRICT II. The second district is located on Buda side in the green area of Budapest right next to the Danube riverside and the Margharet Island.   • DISTRICT IV. District 4, located on the Pest side of the Danube, is currently undergoing a massive regeneration project, with many new housing units under construction and many exciting facilities aimed at District IV’s residents. The district is situated close to the Danube in a very nice green area and is well connected to the centre which can be reached by metro in 25 minutes ( Újpest Városközpont metro station) or by car (15 minutes). The area includes many facilities such as the TESCO hipermarket and the large Duna Plaza shopping centre which also has a multiplex cinema inside.
  • DISTRICT 5. Less than 50 meters walk from Vaci utca, Budapest''s main shopping street and the famous Gerbeaud coffee house. Just a minute walk from a great selection of restaurants, cafe''s and bars for every taste, including the well-known Stage Pub. Public transport and multi-level car parks are located in the direct vicinity.
  • DISTRICT 6. District 6 is the cultural centre of Budapest, with a lot of historicals buildings such as Liszt Music Academy or the Opera House. Also you can find interesting touristic attraction, shops, cinemas, theathres, restaurants, bars and numerous cafés in the famous boulevards of the city, Andrassy Utca (commonly known as the Champs Elysées of Budapest) and Nagymezó Utca (the Broadway of the city).
  • DISTRICT 7. District 7 is called Erzsébetváros, is located on the west side of Danube. The inner half of the district was the historic Jewish quarter of Pest. The Dohány Street Synagogue, the largest functioning Jewish temple in Europe, is located in this district. The historic, Jewish quarter of Budapest contains several synagogues, bakeries, restaurants, bars and hotels. Located close to the City Center, 2 minutes walk from the World Heritage Andrassy Avenue. It offers a great opportunity to walk around town, since everything is in walking distance.
  • DISTRITO 8. The 8 th district is divided by Big Boulevard into 2 parts - west and east. Big Boulevard starts on the Pest side, in the north at Margaret Bridge (Margit híd), Margaret Island (Margit Sziget) and ends at Petőfi híd (Petőfi bridge) on the south. There are four metro stations on Big Boulevard. From Blaha Lujza Square you can travel by bus, metro or tram anywhere if you want to move away from the centre. No 4 and 6 trams operate on Big Boulevard. The crossing place of those busy roads is Blaha Lujza ter (Blaha L. square). Parts of Big Boulevard from the north are following: Szent Istvan korut (korut = boulevard), Terez korut, Erzsebet korut, Jozsef korut, Ferenc korut.
  • DISTRICT 9.The district is the biggest terrace restaurant/bar/cafe area of the city. Between the Kelvin Ter square and the Bakats Ter square the Raday utca street is mostly pedestrian and has many good quality shops and galleries.Close to Raday street is the National Museum of Hungary , Liberty Bridge, pedestrian Vatci Utca, Gellert Baths and the Applied Arts Museum/Exhibitions. The bible museum and the Holocaust museums are also close by.The excellent main city fresh food market is the largest indoor food market in Hungary, a "must visit" for most tourists. For nightclub fans the popular large club School Club and Buddha Beach can be found close to the market.





  • DISTRICT 11.The apartment is situated on the 11th district, in the heart of Budapest, in the City Center, with good public transport even at night. The street is quiet , and the flat is looking outwards to the street and a nice green garden. Internet café, the river Danube, nightlife, Gellért Termal Bath are 3 minutes walk away.

  • District 13. Apartment is located 150 meters from Szent István Boulevard, 5 minutes walk from Margit Island and very close to Westend City Center (biggest shopping centre in CEE). All kinds of public transport are within minutes from where you can reach any point in the city. You can find here several restaurants, cofe''s, shops and groceries
  • 16 DISTRICT. The 16th district of Budapest has almost 70 000 inhabitants and it is mainly green area (Pest side). It consists of 12 neighbourhoods, e.g. Mátyásföld, Sashalom, Cinkota or Árpádföld, and is about 12 minutes by car far away from the Heroes'' Square and city centre. The visitors can reach easily Hungaroring – the motorway road that was built and opened to traffic in 2004-2005.
  • DISTRICT 19. The 19th district of Budapest lies on the west part of the city. It is only about 4,5 kilometres away from the city centre and around 5 kilometres away from the airport Terminal 1, and 6 kilometres away from Terminal 2. It is a quiet residential area and even if there are no remarkable tourist attractions, like there are in downtown; it still remains an extremely comfortable area for a holiday. It is very well served with the blue line: from the nearest underground station of “Hatur ut”, you will reach the city centre in 10 minutes. Besides, the 19th district is an area full of stores and big shopping centres. This is an ideal area for shopping, given the quality of goods for sale, as well as their reasonable prices. There are also big, multiscreen cinemas, which complete the entertainment.
