• CAPITANA - QUARTU SANT''ELENA. Quartu Sant’Elena is situated few kilometers away from Cagliari and it is the third most populated city in Sardinia (after Cagliari and Sassari).
  To be visited: Sant’Elena and San Pietro Churches, the numerous “Nuraghes” (prehistoric stone towers) and Viale Colombo, the commercial avenue of the city where you can find shops, boutiques and restaurants.
  Capitana area is on the oriental part of Quartu, 20 kilometres away from Cagliari, and here you can find wonderful beaches and natural landscapes (on the beach you can also see flamingos…).
  If you are travelling by car, it is the ideal place to enjoy the quietness of the coast without staying in Cagliari city centre, where of course you can visit other tourist attractions (the Castle, St. Remy, Poetto beach…).
