  • WINTERHUDE. Winterhude is a part of Hamburg in Hamburg-North District, and with its population is considered the fifth largest district in Hamburg. There is also the large 148ha city park, which was opened in 1914. In the park there is a lake, a planetarium and beautiful nature trail walks. Nearby is the lake “Aspersee”, which locals treat as a recreation area. Shopping opportunities are especially prominent on the Winterhude’s marketplace, but also in the “Alsterdorfer Street”, where there are many small shops for daily needs. Through out Hamburg there is excellent public transport by bus, subway, train and ferry boats.
  • SCHENEFELD. Schenefeld is a city in the agglomeration of Hamburg and belongs to the district of Pinneberg in Schleswig-Holstein. Frequently Schenefeld is identified as a district of “Hamburg-Schenefeld”. The telephone network also belongs to the local network of Hamburg. The river “Düpenau” flows through the city and is also drawn on the local emblem of Schenefeld. In this little city you have different shopping possibilities for daily necessities. The public transport (Bus and Train) brings you into the city centre of Hamburg in about 30 minutes.
  • SEEVETAL. Seevetal is a municipality in the district of Harburg in Lower Saxony and lies directly on the border south of Hamburg, approximately 30km from Hamburg city centre. It is an ideal place for those who like to be near, yet prefer to be slightly outside of the city. In the village there are various leisure activities like swimming, hiking, jogging, cycling, playing golf etc. Shopping possibilities for daily necessities can also be found in Seevetal. The name of the place comes from the river „Seeve “. Seevetal has good transport connections (you can reach the city centre of Hamburg in 20 minutes by motorway). Seevetal is also well served by public transport such as bus and regional trains.
  • EIDELSTEDT. Eidelstedt is a quarter in the district of Eimsbüttel, located in the north western edge of the Hanseatic City of Hamburg. Through the district runs the motorway A7. But even with the train or the S-Bahn you have easy access through the train stations of Eidelstedt and Elbgaustrasse (lines S21 and S3). Right next to the station Elbgaustrasse there is a P+R (Park and Ride) parking garage. There are also several city buses. At the Elbgaustrasse there is a swimming pool with a sun bathing area. For daily purchases, the shopping centre offers everything one may need. There are also cafes, restaurants and parks in the area. This neighbourhood is quite quiet. However there is also good access to the city centre of Hamburg by public transport, where you can go out.
  • WANDSBEK. The district “Hamburg-Wandsbek” includes the north-eastern neighbourhood of Hamburg (Eilbek, Jenfeld, Marienthal, Tonndorf and Wandsbek).
    “Wandsbeker Marktplatz” was the traditional marketplace in the Wandsbek. In1962, when the underground station “Wandsbek Markt” was built, the weekly market moved to the street “Quarree”. From the square you can reach the street “Wandsbeker Marktstraße” where you will find several shopping centres, banks, as well as numerous restaurants and cafes. On the east side of the square you can find the church “Christuskirche” and there is also a park with statues and the fountain “Puvogelbrunnen”. The “Wandsbeker Gehölz” is a small forest (about 200m wide and 2000m long), ideal for a walk. Subway and several buses will carry you directly to the city centre of Hamburg.
