  • CHUECA. The neighborhood of Chueca is one of the most genuine and cosmopolitan of the city centre. During the eighties was one of the centers of greater activity of the ''movida''. In the last few years has began also one of the most popular gay area of Madrid. With several bars and clubs, this quarter get a really amazing nightlife on a life, maybe one of the most
    animated in the night of Madrid. The neighborhood is in full resurgence,
    because the rehabilitation of houses and incessant opening of business. In this small "Soho" of Madrid You can find good and nice places to eat.
    Chueca is limited by the street Barquillo, the street
    Hortaleza, the Gran Via and the street Fernando VI.
  • ARGUELLES.Arguelles is elegant neighborhood in full center of Madrid, likewise you are able to enjoy the wide green zones and the gardens Sabatini. Thanks to the public transport it is very accessible from any point of the city. The majority of the monuments are accessible with a short walk: Puerta del Sol, Royal Palace, Cathedral of the Almudena, Gran Via, etc

  • ARGANZUELA. The beautiful Park of Arganzuela was inaugurated in 1969. Its beautiful walks invite to a few good treks under the big trees and to contemplating its excellent fountains. It has approximately 9.000 tropical species under a microclimate. From this district you can get to each area of Madrid, thanks to the good public transportation (metro and buses).
  • BARAJAS.Very quiet zone. Placed next to the new and great Mall Plenilúnio, 5 minutes from the airport Madrid - Barajas and close to IFEMA. Bus line 77 and underground Canillejas. Walking distance to M40 and A2.
  • CENTRO. This district is the heart of historic Madrid next to Plaza Santa Ana and near Puerta del Sol, and the Prado Museum; in the surrounding area you will find the Queen Palace, Queen Sofia Museum, the Retiro Park, Plaza Mayor, the Thyssen Museum. The Plaza Santa Ana is famous for its tapas bars and nightlife.

  • LATINA. District Latin is one of the most typical of Madrid. Popular neighborhood with enchantment, full of typical restaurants on the Cava Baja street, all around the zone there are bars with tapas and typical food. Every Sunday is special since the zone turns into a great Market: the famous Rastro of Madrid. Here you can enjoy all kinds of stands and shops with antiquities, clothes and all that unsuspected. The walk along the zone is really charming, to have coffee with churros is very typical and to walk to Plaza Mayor. The zone has a very special environment, from here all the tourist places can be visit by foot.
  • MONCLOA: The neighbourhood of Moncloa is situated between Calle Princesa (Princesa Street) and the Estación del Norte (North Station).
    In this neighbourhood you can find many dwellings, shops, the Great Ministry and an enormous park, which is just beside one of the most famous houses in Spain, the residence of the President of the Spanish government. Moncloa is a scene of important events. It is a neighbourhood which is full of vitality and movement which is also marked by the bustle of students in the area, given its proximity to the university area.




  • SALAMANCA. Neighborhood with the famous Park of Retiro of Madrid. The streets are full of boulevards, terraces where you can drink and eat, supermarkets and all kinds of services. Walking you come near to the commercial zone where are all the fashion shops of the city. It is a traditional neighbourhood, calm and hospitable, very near to the Prado Museum, to the Museum Thyssen, to the Museum Reigns Sofia and to the Plaza del Sol.

  • USERA. Is the name of a district belonging to the city of Madrid. Its main street is Marcelo Usera, situated between the Plaza of Fernández Ladreda (old Plaza Eliptica) and the Glorieta of Cadiz. It is a very animated neighbourhood that offers many possibilities of restaurants, stores, activities (arts centre, ice rink, and museum) and also bars and discos.
  • CHAMARTÍN Neuralgic spot of the city where you''ll find La Puerta del Sol,La Plaza Mayor, La Plaza de la Provincia , el Palacio de Santa Cruz,numerous shops and bodegas filled with barrels and old corrida''s posters,and where on sundays takes place the well known Rastro (market).An area with a unic atmosphere,in a town full of traditions,and from where you can easily reach any other point of the city,as el paseo del Prado,in between Cibeles and Neptuno''s bridges.

  • LAVAPIÉS.One of the most pure neighborhoods of the capital and also the fullest of life. Lavapiés is a neighborhood of Madrid inhabited by elders, immigrants and young people. It is very close to the most typical attractions of Madrid as the Plaza Major, Puerta del Sol, Atocha''s station, Retiro Park, Museum of art Reina Sofia and Prado Museum. Characterized by very genuine places of tapas and out of the tourist tours. There exists in this neighborhood many cultural activity that goes from the stages of alternative theatre up to galleries of art and different spectacles.
  • Arturo Soria. 10 minutes from the Airport Madrid Barajas and IFEMA. Very good communicated, you have M30 and 5 minutes away you have underground stations: Alfonso XXIII and Avda de la Paz. Bus line 53 goes to Goya Street last station in Puerta del Sol.
  • MALASAÑA. Close to 2 de Mayo Square and the metro stations Tribunal and Bilbao. In Madrid’s city center, closet to Chueca neighbourhood and walking distance to Gran Via e the museum’s area. Close to calle Fuencarral street, one of the most comercial and modern Madrid’s streets. It’s a lively neighbourhood with lots of bars, restaurants, and trendy shops. There’s also a playground for those travelling with children. There are many public transport options and a rapid metro connection to the airport, and parkings as well.


  • ALBUFERA. Situated next to the commercial and lively Avd. de la Albufera, where you can find a multitude of stores, restaurants and the Albufera shopping centre, besides the pool and the Portazgo sports centre. It is a quiet area with free car parking, surrounded by parks and greenery. The metro line 1 and a number of buses will bring you to the start of Paseo del Prado Prado Museum and to the famous Atocha Street Museum Queen Sofia that leads to the Pza. De Jacinto Benavente and la Puerta del Sol.


  • ALUCHE. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Aluche with direct bus lines to the centre of Madrid. The metro is a 5 minute walk (Aluche metro) and the RENFE train station Fanjul is ten minutes away from Atocha train station. From here you can easily reach the M-40 and the Extremadura motorway. Driving, you can reach the centre in about 10 minutes. In less than 10 minutes you can also arrive at Madrid''s biggest park, Casa de Campo (country house), which is near the Amusement Park of Madrid and the fairground of Casa de Campo. The shopping centre is a 5 minute walk. The area provides every type of service as well as sports areas.
  • CHAMBERÍ. Chamberí is a district in the city of Madrid, administratively organized in six neighbourhoods (Gaztambide, Arapiles, Trafalgar, Almagro, Rivers Roses and Vallehermoso). The architectural interest of this district is in the extraordinary abundance of modernist buildings, not only family houses, but also institutions, churches (Los Ángeles, Salesas Reales, Santuario del Perpetuo Socorro) and infrastructures (fire Station, installations of the Channel of Isabel II, etc.). You will also find here two jewels of the Rationalism age: the service station of Vallehermoso and the House of the Flowers. Its strategic situation in the middle-north of the city makes Chamberí very well communicated to the rest of the city, especially by Metro.
  • CUATRO CAMINOS. The distric Cuatro Caminos (Four Roads) is one of the most dynamic and popular outside the city centre of Madrid and its name comes from the confluence of paths that characterizes this area.
    Its borders go from “Plaza de Castilla” until the streets “Cea Bermúdez”, and from “Nuevos Ministerios” area until the street “Reina Victoria”. In this district you will find many small shops oriented basically to attend the residents, but also cinemas, restaurants and some interesting places. This district has two different areas: the first one close to the street “Bravo Murillo”, that still preserves a popular atmosphere and one of the most tradicional wholesale food market of Madrid (Mercado de Maravillas - Market of the Marvels), and the area around the modern architectural complex of Azca, where you will see the highest skyscraper of Madrid, the “Torre Picasso”.
  • AZCA. It is the financial district in downtown Madrid between the streets Raimundo Fernández Villaverde, Orense, General Perón and Paseo de la Castellana. It is a huge block of modern office buildings with metro and railway connections in the expansion area of northern Madrid, just in front of Real Madrid stadium (currently named the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium). The construction began in the 1970s and nowadays some of the tallest and most beautiful modern Madrid skyscrapers are placed here. The most important are: Torre Picasso (157 m), Torre Europa (121 m) , Torre BBVA (107 m). It is a business centre of Madrid. You will find here as well many of the best Madrid’s restaurants. Good connection to Madrid’s fair area IFEMA.
  • FUENLABRADA. Fuenlabrada is a city situated 22,5 km-south of Madrid. Fuenlabrada has public transport train line, with two stations: Fuenlabrada Central and La Serna which communicates to Madrid in approximately half an hour. There’s also the subway line 12 and numerous buses lines that links the bordering localities to the capital.
    In Fuenlabrada you can visit the Parroquial Church of San Esteban Protomártir, some Hermitages (of Santa Ana, of Fregacedos, of Bethlehem, of Cristo de las Lluvias), the Old City Hall, numerous fountains...etc. The city is full of cultural offers with literary coffees, workshops, musical options, flamenco days, the international festival of jazz…You will also easily find bars and restaurants.
