- CALA MILLOR. Cala Millor is located on the east coast of the island of Mallorca, which is located about 68 km from Palma and about 17 km from Manacor. The former fishing village is nowadays a very popular holiday destination in both the summer and winter. The sandy beach, which is about 3 km long, is well suited for families with children. The promenade makes for the perfect place for a walk and there are also a lot of boutiques, street cafes and restaurants. The market day in the village is Thursday evening. You can rent bikes and cars to discover the local area or the entire island. Even sports fans will have their fun: there is a golf course, tennis courts, squash, riding horses, miniature golf, go-karts, bowling, water skiing, and more. A popular destination for families is the large Safari Park, which is about 40ha, with a lot of exotic animals such as monkeys, gnus and so on.

- COLONIA SANT JORDI. Is a former fishing village located in the south-eastern part of the island, and is now a popular holiday resort. Colonia belongs to the municipality of “Ses Salines”, whose name comes from the salt mines in the region. In ancient times the salt was traded and was considered as being “white gold”. You will pass the salt mines, if you go to the famous beach “Es Trenc”, which is the longest natural beach of Mallorca - about 9km long. Behind the sandy beach with turquoise sea water, there is a pine forest, which is a nature reserve. Among the dunes, you can find nudist areas. There is also a sandy beach near the port, called "Es Carbó. In the village you can reach everything comfortably by foot, or by bicycle. The market takes place every Wednesday afternoon. There are various buses to Palma daily (Distance: ca.50km). A worthwhile destination to visit is the uninhabited island “Cabrera”, which is a nature reserve. Everyday there is a boat from the harbour of Colonia.
- PUERTO DE SÓLLER. Is located behind the Serra de Tramuntana in the north-west of Mallorca. The road C711 and the century old train “Red Flash” connect Puerto Sóller with Sóller and Palma. The circular bay with a natural harbour was restored in 2006. The wealth of the seaport, due to the orange cultivation attracted many Pirates in 1561, leaving the entire city in rubble and ash. Today, the city lives off the tourism in the region. One of the unique aspects on the north coast of Majorca is its fine sandy beach. There are numerous Tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and boutiques. From here you can take several boat trips and walking tours, for example: The lighthouse Cap Gros, or the mountains, ravines and terraces with orange and olive trees. Recently the first Maritime Museum of the Balearics, the “Museo de la Mar” opened. This shows the link between Sóller and the Sea (including the time of the Pirate Raids, whale hunting, as well as the French Boats for oranges exportation.
- PALMA - OLD TOWN. The centre of the city is the historic Old Town, which consists of a stylistic mix of Spanish-Catalan and Arab influences. The many tourist attractions of the old town, are connected together by narrow alleys and stairways: the middle point is the “Placa Major”, 31 Gothic churches like the Basilica of “Sant Francesc”, the Gothic cathedral “La Seu”, right next to the “Almudaina Palace”, the Arab baths from the Muslim era, and the stock exchange “La Lonja” on the harbour promenade “Paseo Maritimo”. The "Paseo Maritimo" is the “going out area” of Palma, where you can find numerous bars and nightclubs. From there you can see the castle "Castell de Bellver" - one of the only round built castles of Europe. In the eastern direction of the city lies the sandy beach “Platja de Palma”, which is about 10 km long and goes as far as “S''Arenal”. The public transport in the city consists of a narrow city bus network, and the Metro of Palma.
- PALMA - CITY CENTRE. In the centre of Palma, the capital of Mallorca, there are a lot of boutiques, shops, shopping centres (like the famous “Corte Ingles”), and Tapas bars. Some of the main shopping streets are: the Paseo de Born and the Avenida Jaime III. In the old town there are numerous tourist attractions, such as the Cathedral “La Seu”. The Museum of Contemporary Art „Es Baluard“ is located in a new Building which forms part of the old ramparts of the Renaissance City Wall on the street Paseo Maritimo. From its terraces, you will have a sensational view of the bay with the harbour, the cathedral, as well as the Round Castle "Castell de Bellver”. If you wish to go out in Palma there are a lot of restaurants, bars and clubs on the Paseo Maritimo near the harbour. There is a close network of city buses as well as the Metro of Palma.
- CALA LLOMBARDS. Cala Llombards is a bay located in the south-east of the Balearic island of Majorca, and belongs to the municipality of Santanyí. The village consists mainly of single-and vacation houses, and has a Hostal, a restaurant, a cafe and a mini market. The fantastic, white sandy beach, which lies in the shade in the morning, is ideal for relaxing. The weak tide and the shallow dip into the sea makes it ideal for swimming and is perfect for Families with young children. The Bay and this resort are easy to reach by the street C-610 between Santanyí and Ses Salines. Warning: There is no public bus! The nearest big city is Santanyi. There are beautiful places to visit in the neigbourhood like Cala Figuera, with its rock walls into the sea, or Colonia Sant Jordi with the longest natural beach of the island “Es Trenc”.
- ARTÀ. On the north-eastern coast of Majorca is sistuated the small town called Artá, about 60km faraway from the island''s capital, Palma. Artá was originally built on a hill, on which top you can nowadays visit the pilgrimage church of "Sant Salvador" surrounded by old city walls.
Here you will have a wonderful view over the town, the coast and the almond and olive plantations. The main attractions of this region are the caves "Cuevas de Artá" on the coast of Canyamel and the Regional Museum of Artá on “Plaça d'' Espanya”. In Artá there furthermore many bars, cafes and restaurants and the weekly market, where you can buy regional products, is on Tuesday. In this part of the island, there are numerous small bays with sandy beaches and sand dunes and in some of them (like Cala Rajada for example, one of the most interesting one) you can make water sports and activities, like surfing or diving.
