  • CIUDAD DE LAS ARTES Y LA CIENCIAS. This zone is situated in the south-eastern side of the city Valencia. The district Monteolivete is located between the Peris i Valero street, Alcalde Reig and the Plata y Zapadores avenue. A part of all the beautiful and interesting monuments you can visit the Faller museum and the City of arts and sciences which is a work of the valencian architect Santiago Calatrava. The City of arts and sciences is a big ludic centre of scientific and cultural diffusion which was oponed in April 1998. A location where you can enjoy of art, science and nature. With international reference in this district you have a big choice of restaurants, bars and shops.

  • LA MALVARROSA.The Malvarrosa is a few minutes away from the city-center.The beaches of Las Arenas and Malvarossas are ideal for sport trainers with its cycle tracks,its beach volley and rugby structures.Next to the beach,the Paseo Marítimo offers a great entertainment choice,and you can walk around there and also try the delicious paellas and other fresh fishes.



  • CIUTAT VELLA. The Ciutat Vella district is in the heart of Valencia. The district of the Old City includes all the ancient part of Valencia, with historical buildings like the central Market, the Market of the Fish, the City Hall, the Cathedral, the Miguelete, and the towers of Quart and Serranos,last signs of the walls protecting the city. The historical center of Valencia is one of the funniest zone of the city.People of different ages and cultures share the pleasure drinking something between refined buildings and palaces with lot of years of history and an ideal environment to stroll.

  • THE OLIVERETA. The street that was called the Olivereta, diminutive name of the Valencian word: olivera, started from the Mosén Sorell square and arrived to the square then called the Olivereta. The origin of the name is due to the existence in this square, of an olive tree, in a overdraft or garden. Now, the garden has lasted, but with it, another street in a different place is appointed. It is a neighbourhood very encouraged with all its restaurants, stores, its theatre but also the Convent of Santa Clara classified Historic Monument.   • PUIG. El Puig is situated at an altitude of 50 m. and is located more or less about 20 km from the city of Valencia. Its main tourist attraction is the Monastery of Santa María (a fortified religious building, built in 1238 in Romanesque-Gothic style), that was declared a Landmark National Monument in 1969. The following can also be visited: the Museo de la Imprenta y la Obra Gráfica (the Museum of the Printing and Graphic Work), The Castle of Puig… In the municipal term of Puig you can also find the core population of Playa del Puig where there is also a promenade of approximately 1 km in length (with bars, restaurants…) and a beach of four kilometres.   • BENICALAP. Benicalap is a very calm neighbourhood of narrow streets and intensive commercial life. Only few minutes away by foot from the Conference Hall, work of the Architect Norman Foster and from the future soccer field of Valencia - Mestalla. This zone is perfectly connected with the rest of the city by the tram Line 4 (stop Garbí). The same line 4 (Mas del Rosari / Ll. Llarga Terramelar / Fira - Dr. Lluch) connects with different zones of the city, on one hand with the Trade Fair (stop Fira), the Valencian Television (stop TVV) or the university zone (stop Campus). On the other hand it connects with the downtown (stop Pont de Fusta), the Technical University and the Beach la Playa de las Arenas, the maritime neighbourhood of Valencia. The closest green space is Benicalap''s Park. The main lung of the city of Valencia with big landscaped zones, sport zones and swimming pool.
  • BENIMACLET. Benimaclet is situated in the north of the city, it borders to the west with the neighbourhood of Orriols, to the north with the municipality of Alboraya, and to the South with the second ring road of Valencia. Benimaclet has always had an own identity, with its church, its main square and with a distribution of streets very similar to the one of any other village situated in the Horta area.
    You can still see in the streets some road indications saying "Village of Benimaclet". His proximity to the “Literaria” and Politécnic universities is the reason why many students live here. Since 1995 Benimaclet is connected to the centre by the subway (stops are Benimaclet and Machado) and the tram will bring you to the beaches area Las Arenas/Malvarosa .

  • AYORA. The park of the area, the Ayora''s Gardens (Jardines de Ayora), gives its name to the district. The park is 17000 square meters and it is famous for its copious vegetation, its big trees and mainly for the old summerhouse that it hosts. Being equipped with many benches, it is a pleasant place where you can have a walk and relax. This area is 4 kilometers far away from the city centre, 1,5 kilometers from the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias" and 2 kilometers from the beach. It is really well-communicated through buses and metro, that goes as well to the airport.
