  • INNERE STADT (CITY CENTRE). Lies between the Viennese Ring, Prunkstrasse in the heart of the city where line up almost all historic buildings (Court Castle, Opera, Burgtheater, Town Hall, Parliament, University, Museum of Art and History of Natural Museum.) and the Viennese Belt that separates the centre of the city from the exterior districts, and along which the oldest underground connects the south of the city with the north. Both parts are accessible in few minutes by foot, as well as Mariahilferstrasse, the biggest and most modern shopping street in Vienna.
    You can reach west railway station with public transport within 10 minutes, to the airport there is 40 minutes.

  • 2ND DISTRICT-LEOPOLDSTADT: The second district, which was also the former Jewish quarter of Vienna, is situated on an island located between the Danube and the Danube Canal. The city of Leopold (Leopoldstadt) has risen from the motorways of the cities of Leopold, Jägerzeile and Zwischenbrücken. The largest part of this district is occupied by the Prater. The Prater is one of the best known Amusement Parks and landscape conservation areas of Vienna. The fair centre of Vienna and the Freudenauer Harbour (Winterhafen) also form part of the second district. In the city of Leopold the local district museum is especially dedicated to the Arts. One can find many shopping opportunities and many nice Parks nearby.
  • WIEDEN. The apartment is placed in the center of Vienna, 10 minutes by foot to the opera and other tourist attractions (Karlskirche, S. Stefan''s Church, etc).
    It is a very calm neighbourhood, with all kind of services like restaurants, shops, banks etc and also very well communicated. The central street Wiedner Hauptstraße is very close, with its numerous trams, as 62 and 65, which take you to the center in a couple of minutes. Bus 13 A, that passes through the same Lambrechtgasse and is a good alternative to get to and from the airport, since it communicates with the Südbahnhof where the buses are

  • PENZING. Penzing is the 14th District of Vienna and consists of the boroughs of Penzing, Breitensee, Baumgarten, Hütteldorf and Hadersdorf-Weidlingau. In the west, it shares a border with Purkersdorf and Mauerbach. A large portion of the district is made up of greenery, including the Steinhof Park, the Dehnepark and a portion of the Wienerwald. Sights: Fuchs Mansión, Otto-Wagner-Hospital, Gerhard Hanappi Stadium. You will get to the centre in less then 15 minutes with public transport.
  • DISTRICT 20 – BRIGITTENAU. Central location with very good access to the public transport (underground station U6), a bus stop and tram stop as well as the line of fast railway. Thanks to the very well developed system of public transport you reach important sights within short time; for example City Square/ Stephans Square (15 Min), castle Schönbrunn (30 Min), castle Belvedere (30 Min), fairground (18 Min). The Dresden Street is an Alley with very good infrastructure. In direct surroundings there are several shops and big supermarkets as well as bars with typical Viennese kitchen, The Millennium city, a big cinema and shopping center. The greenbelt recreation areas very estimated by the Viennese: Prater and Danube island, are perfect to go for a walk, cycle and have a bath, and are to be reached with the underground in a few minutes. Way to the airport: directly with the railway S2 (approx. time 35 minutes), to the west and east railway station: directly in approx. 15 minutes.
  • PURKERSDORF.Area where used to live Bohemians in the 19th century but with the standard and comfort of the 21st century and the accommodation of the well known designers. We offer relaxing of a high standard and at the same time we can offer you all the highlights of the cultural metro pole of Europe – Vienna. Live at the countryside in the Vienna Wood and wake up in the morning with the sound of the birds. Take your breakfast in the winter garden and have a nice view over the Vienna Wood. You will be in the heard of Vienna within 25 min by underground. Shops, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets etc. are situated within a few minutes’ walk. A shopping-mall with a cinema-complex is 10 minutes away
  • MARIAHILF is the sixth district of Vienna, located southwest of the city centre. It consists of 5 neighbourhoods: Mariahilf, Gumpendorf, Windmühle, Magdalenengrund and Laimgrube. Mariahilfer Straße is Vienna''s most important shopping street in the north. The area contains quite a large concentration of bars, clubs, restaurants and shops. Sights: Flak towers and the Haus des Meeres Aquarium (The Aquarium Museum) Theater an der Wien, Naschmarkt- Vienna''s most popular market located at the Wienzeile over the Viennese River. It is about 1,5 km long and has existed since the 16th century when mainly milk bottles were sold ("Asch", for milk bottles led to the name "Aschenmarkt"). Nowadays, you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables from around the world. The market extends further along the Wienzeile every Saturday, when a flea market takes place. The unique atmosphere of the Naschmarkt is famous far beyond the borders of Vienna, and huge amounts of tourists visit the market every year.
  • BAD VÖSLAU. Bad Vöslau, Lower Austria, town in the district of Baden, is a spa town on the southern slopes of the Vienna Woods. Bathing activity increased in the second half of the 18th century, officially recognised as a spa in 1904, called "Bad" (i.e. spa) Vöslau since1928. The local mineral water brand is among the biggest in Austria. Despite of the impressive historical records of both sites, the spas of today meet modern standards.
    It is as well training and education centre of the Ministry of Defence for medical orderlies in Gainfarn, therapy centre, Assembly Room, spa park, town museum, Gainfarn palace and parish church (18th century), Großau Palace (12th century). It is about 40 km from Viena city centre.
