Intimate Shaving

The words “pubic hair” makes me want to hurl and there is nothing more wrong than seeing a woman on the beach with hair peaking out of the sides of her bikini. The genitals and the armpits are “sweat traps”, so yes, I am all for hair removal in those areas. But the reasons behind intimate shaving or hair removal go beyond hygiene. In fact, in the Islamic culture it has been considered a big flaw and men found a woman to be sexually undesirable if she doesn’t remove the hair in her genital area for centuries. This was not only because they found it is more aesthetic but also because it increases sensastion and sexual pleasure.

Removing the hair makes your skin more responsive and sensitive to touch. You will experience more intense sensations. Additionally for men it has a visual upside and makes the penis look bigger. Needless to mention there are the perks in the area of oral sex. You don’t want hair in your food and it is just as annoying when hair gets in the way when you are about to go down on someone. Furthermore, a lot of couples have even discovered the mere act of shaving each other’s genitals as a new arousing way of foreplay.

There are several ways to do it: Shaving, waxing, laser hair removal, hair removal crèmes. There has been a lot of fuzz about Brazilian waxing but it all depends on your pain tolerance and if you don’t want to remove it all because it makes you feel like a child there a different “hair styles” as well. A little trim won’t hurt and I think the sexual pleasures related to it are a shockingly good argument to give it a try. So why don’t you take a trip to Turkey, rent  apartments in Istanbul and visit a “hammam” (traditional Turkish bath) to pamper yourself and maybe get rid of the hair “down there.”
