El apartamento esta acorde con la ciudad.. Totalmente renacentista. La situación es estrategica excelente, esta a 2 minutos de la Piazzela della segnoria. El señor Lapi, muy cordial y amable, cualquier duda que tengas te la soluciona y te da consejos y buenas indicaciones de como disfrutar la ciudad. Ahora en invierno el apartamento esta perfectamente acondicionado con calefacción central. El servicio de internet es de muy buena velocidad, de bajo coste y consumo ilimitado. Una estancia fantástica. The apartment is in keeping with the city .. Fully Renaissance. The strategic situation is excellent, is 2 minutes from the della Piazzela segnoria. Mr. Lapi, very welcoming and friendly, have you any doubt that settles it and gives you tips and pointers on how to best enjoy the city. Now in winter the apartment is perfectly equipped with central heating. The internet service is very good speed, low cost and unlimited consumption. A fantastic stay.

Appartement très bien situé au niveau géographique car proche des principaux monuments. Facile d´accès quand on vient de la gare également. Appartement de caractère et confortable. La personne de contact a été correcte.

El apartamento es tal y como aparece en la web. Tiene una ubicación muy céntrica, está muy bien equipado para unos días y su dueño es muy amable.
La ausencia de aire acondicionado, aunque en septiembre no es algo determinante. Uno de los colchones está más hundido que el otro y esa parte de la cama resulta algo incómoda.

Mi dispiace per il caldo eccessivo per settembre ma i clienti sapevano dell'assenza di aria condizionata.Per quanto riguarda i commenti sui materassi non li capisco....per la prossima estate cercheremo di ovviare al caldo.

El apartamento es maravilloso nos encanto estar en el. Se notan los detalles y la preocupación de sus dueños. El recibimiento de Bruno fue muy amable, un gran caballero. Se agradece muchísimo toda la información que nos dejó impresa en español
Muy caluroso, el ventilador de arriba muy bueno, pero el del living muy malo no tira viento, este no sirve de mucho. La cocina falta otra olla y espumadera para los tallarines.

The apartment was gorgeous, the location could not be beat! Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom, every thing we needed.
The shower needs to be fixed.

Falta de limpieza sobre todo el polvo que hacía mucho tiempo que no se limpiaba

Mi dispiace ma il cliente ha ragione e mi scuso.Poco prima del suo arrivo gli operai hanno installato le doppie finestre e io non ho avuto il tempo di controllare che avessero pulito la polvere che avevano fatto.Mi scuso.

The apartment is very nice,in historical building with the new and clean stair hall.The owner is very friendly,helpful and easy to be reached,he´s doing good job to make this apartment even more comfy.And yes it´s right in the CENTER .
