10/ GARE DU NORD.In the heart of the 10th district of Paris, a lively district with many different restaurants, with shops at less than 50 m and with shopping centres (amongst one bio supermarket) within a walking distance. This district has a lot of theatres (i.e. the Porte Saint-Martin, the Gymnase, the Renaissance, the Splendid), cinemas and the "New Morning" for those who love jazz. It is between the city centre of Paris and the district of Montmartre with the metro (line 4) connecting both districts. Nearby is the district of the antique shops and the famous auction hall Drouot. Numerous bus stops are also nearby (lines 38, 39, 47) and at the Gare de l''Est (East Train Station) you have access to 2 more metro lines. Around there are several parking places for those who travel by car.

-very bright, clean,tastefully furnished apartment -nice and helpful contact person -good heating (temperatures in Paris were exceptionally low during our stay) -apartment equipped with everything needed for a short stay -near Gare d'Nord, good connection to CDG Airport -supermarket a few minutes away

The location is great, one block from Gare du Nord, which is a big train/metro station. It's clean, has a good heat, the building is very quiet and has an elevator.

Una gran relación calidad-precio. Un acierto ante las dudas que puedan surgir por contratar otros apartamento que pudieran parecer de la misma categoría.
La cama no es la mejor y la cortina del baño te ataca mientras estas duchándote.

The room was as described and the metro close by. Plenty of supermarkets nearby too. We found that the kitchen equipment was a bit lacking. I guess old buildings like this one which was charming all have some kind of plumbing issues. Checkin was brought forward which we appreciated as we arrived early.
