Appartamento pulitissimo e ben organizzato! E' un monolocale quindi per un breve soggiorno va più che bene! Persona di contatto disponibilissima e in grado di parlare italiano ! Posizione perfetta, vicino a supermercato con chiusura ore 22 e zona tranquilla .. Si raggiunge la tour eiffel in soli 15 minuti. CONSIGLIATO !

The apartment has everything you'd need for a short stay, is very comfortable, well-aired, and spacious for two people. There are views over the city (but don't expect any landmarks other than the questionable beauty of ther Biblioteque Francois Mitterand if that's the sort of thing that bothers you) and the short walk to Nationale metro station (from which it is one stop to Place d'Italie, which has lines that will take you right into the city) means that you feel comfortably close to the city without great expense. The Afifis are also very affable and flexible; we were leaving very early in the morning, and they arranged for the return of the deposit the night before and allowed us to leave the key in their mailbox downstairs. A pain-free stay to say the least.

Appartamento piccolo,semplice ma gradevole per 2 persone.Ben riscaldato.Persona di contatto molto disponibile.Quartiere tranquillo anche la sera al rientro.Metropolitana vicina(fermata nation)si raggiunge il centro in 15 min.

Apartament w spokojnej okolicy, 5 minut od metra, w okolicy kilka supermarketów liczne azjatyckie restauracje ze smacznym jedzeniem. Wyposazenie bardzo proste, lecz funkcjonalne. Idealne mieszkanie dla osób szukajacych taniego noclegu i nie wymagajacych luksusu

Close to metro stations and everywhere in the city Secure neighbourhood Cheap supermarkets nearby (ed, Carrefour) Very nice owner, gives advice on travel and shopping Well heated and clean room with hot water, cable TV and free Wi-Fi

The room needs new paint and some maintenance Not the room but the apartment stinks The bed squeaks

Central place, close to the metro station. Nice surroundings, full of supermarkets and restaurants. Silent and illuminated. The apartment it´s ok for 2 people. The bedroom it´s big enough and comfortably. Mr. Afifi and his wife are geantly.

The equipment it´s a bit old, but in the kitchen there are kettle, microwawe and fridge. The bathroom it´s a bit worse than the bedroom. BTW all was ok

Appartamento pulito, fornito di stoviglie e pentole necessarie. Ottima la posizione dalla metro e supermercati. Quartiere silenzioso. Persona di contatto molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Consigliato!
