5/QUARTIER LATIN, MOUFFETARD. The Latin Quarter of the 5th Arrondissement got its name from the Sorbonne, where Latin was the common tongue for all students during the Middle Ages. Nowadays is also populated by students, but it can be considered as a business and commercial zone too. Rue Mouffetard, for example, is a primary artery of the city with lots of shops, restaurants, theathers, cinemas, bars and cafés.Furthermore, it is possible to reach the principal touristic attraction thanks to the underground connections.

Nice contactperson, good on time, nice/and quite neighbourhood, a few minutes away from the metro, an elevator in the building.
The kitchen was a mess, old stuff, food from other people, dirty things etc. The disches of other people was still drying (not clean), no microwave The room was very small for 4 people; you could'nt eat on a table with 4 persons, The bathroom was full of mold. In the bedroom there where no curtains for the windows and I doubted whether the bedding was clean. Throughout the apartment were other people's stuff.

Appartement tres bien situé a deux pas de la rue mouffetard et du Pantheon. Quartier tres agreable. Appartement calme et proche de l'animation de la rue mouffetard (restaurants, bars, commerces)

The apartment was a little small for two adults and two kids, but the location was excellent, in Quarter Latin. Free internet and all the equipment we needed for 5 days.

The place where the apartment is located The actitute and puntality of the girl who gave us the key of the apartment.
The apartment was a total shame. The quality of the furniture was old. We decided not to use anything of it considering the bad conditions of the appliances. It was not possible to use the elevator. I had to carry my bags the three stories.

excellent location, quiet and very "local" but walking distance from all the thing you want. The building makes you feel like you live there and the streets are beautiful. The flat is nice, although could do with some curtains in the bedroom.
